I have a three-page site that I want to back up and download to email, and then migrate it to a new domain name on the same host.
I’ve looked for videos on how to do that, but couldn’t find any. Can somebody please give me the steps to take?
Thanks.
]]>And vice versa: if I change the content (text, video, or anything else) in Lesson 2 of course BBBBB, it updates the same information in Lesson 2 of course AAAAAA.
What could be causing this? I checked slugs, etc., but I can’t find a way to create independent courses where each has its own content. This issue only happens with lessons; the rest of the content correctly maintains its differences.
Thanks!
]]>jobsnonccorp.wpenginepowered.com just redirects traffic to jobs.nightowlcompanies.com and https://jobsnonccorstg.wpenginepowered.com/ does not exist. The correct URL is jobs.nightowlcompanies.com and that is what I have my license for. I have tried deleting the other dev sites in the license area of https://wpjobopenings.com/account/#!/licenses I have tried interacting with that notice. I do not have access to the two sites it mentions so Programmatic Clone Resolution can’t work as there is no functions.php file to edit on the two offending sites. The actual site jobs.nightowlcompanies.com is not mentioned in the safe mode notification.
How can I use the software I paid for and resolve this issue?
I want to transfer the website (photos – a lot, products, database + subpages) – basically everything from the x.pl domain to x2.pl – I have already used free plugins that created zips, made up of several packages, but it did not work.
Does anyone have an idea or suggestion for plugins that would work?
]]>I have been doing an update on my website as I’ve been having problems with the theme. So I created another clone site (https://www.awa-uk.org.uk/staging_y/), set it up and then cloned it back to the original site (both times using the clone option in the WP Toolkit). I have done this successfully several times.
However, this time, once it had said it had cloned it, I could see that the website hadn’t updated – it was still the previous theme. On closer inspection, I subsequently noticed that whilst it is displaying the original home page when I type the address in, once I click on menu items, although it shows the correct address bottom left, it actually then goes to the staging site!
I therefore went back into the Staging site, checked that was all OK, and tried to clone it again. However, now when I try to clone it, I get the error “WordPress installations cannot be cloned into themselves because that would violate the rules of the spacetime continuum.”
In addition, I noticed the original site no longer appears in WP Toolkit and it doesn’t find it when I do a scan. However, the staging site appears twice…
Any ideas anyone?
