Close button and REJECT button don’t appear

Hi, The reject button and the close banner don’t appear on the banner. I activated and deactivated the options and the plugin itself and it doesn’t work. The plugin is on version 4.15.5. How can I resolve this?

can u reproduce that? Seems close button is not working anymore. Looked in dev tools. Seems there is no function attached to it anymore. I′m using theme OceanWP latest version.

Is this problem from you or lying elsewhere?

Hello together,

i faced some issues regarding the close button starting at version 1.2.8.

Until 1.2.7 everything works fine. Updating on 1.2.8 leads to a missing close button on the modal view.
Updating to 1.2.9 brings back the close button but without function. The close button is there but don’t does anything when clicked.
This is true until the actual latest version 1.2.14

I have recovered the site locally (in docker), were i couldn’t reproduce the issue.

What might be the problem here

I am using the popup for the site menu in a theme builder global header. The close button is not working on mobile. I notice on this forum you found a similar condition indicating in console, but when I inspect the site, the close buttons work! They don’t work on an actual device. Any help is most welcome, thanks. Divi and WP current versions, cache purged many times.

Browser scrolls down when clicking close button

My apologies in advance if this has been addressed in the forums, but I didn’t find an answer to this question:

In Chrome, the browser jumps downward about 100 pixels after closing the pop up. I’m not seeing this behavior in Firefox (ie. the position of the scrollbar remains stationary right as when one closes the pop up).

Any help on this issue is appreciated.

I have an issue that my button is not visible so my visitors can’t close the pop up because they don’t know where the button is. The color is on black and the background is white so the button should be visible.

With the code expecter I can see an error caused by the icon.

Maybe you know how to fix this.
