After successful submission the user is redirected to a thank you page. Once they go to another page in the site the popup shows up again. This should not happen.
As far as I know, I have configured as directed in this page: https://docs.wppopupmaker.com/article/523-trigger-form-submission
I’ve read the support requests of users with the same problem, but their solutions are not working for me (for example I avoided setting both “Display once per session” and “Display popup once per user”, I have tried both individually but without success).
Could it be that this is a multi-site project?
Please note that the link provided is private, to open the page you need the username ‘pavanello’ and the password ‘riviera’ (of course these credentials are just to view the website, they are not admin credentials).
Thanks,
Nicola
Please help me figure out how to prevent the pop-up window from closing automatically when submitting the form (or just clicking the “Submit” button). The “Click Overlay to Close” option is enabled, and I need it that way. When it is disabled, the pop-up doesn’t close, but I need it to be enabled.
I appreciate your help.

Please help. thx a lot
]]>After visitors click the Submit button WPForms show a confirmation message.
But my visitors does not see this confirmation message because the click on Submit also closes the popup. The message is there but the popup is no longer visible.
My questions:
1) how is the submit button and the close command or close button connected? I have not changed the default “close button” settings.
2) Is there a way to avoid the submit button to close the popup? Or maybe to delay the closing until the confirmations message has been shown…?
3) If this is explained somewhere in the Popup Maker documentation – please help me find it…
