We have setup Amazone S3 using CDN feature, but when we added CNAME in the Replace site’s hostname with: Field, the front end URL gets spoiled, Actually our Site URL is https://www.outlookindia.com/igaming/

And in front end when CNAME replaced , it added /igaming/ after CNAME which is wrong path we want to replace it with fully site/home url https://www.outlookindia.com/igaming/. Please let me know what is the solution?

Hello,

I’m using MailPoet on a self hosted WordPress. My front-end MailPoet forms are providing the error of “Cannot send confirmation email”. The unconfirmed subscription does appear within the MailPoet Plugin Subscriber’s List.

The Website is using the following components:

GoDaddy purchased Domain.
Routed to Inmotion hosting.
The website is protected by Cloudflare.
MailPoet plugin is configured for using MailPoet Sending Service.

Domain Registrar, Hosting Account, & Cloudflare – all three make use of DNS Settings. Perhaps I’m mixing them incorrectly. What is the proper configuration for GoDaddy, Inmotion Hosting, & Cloudflare for ensuring success with the MailPoet Sending Service.

Currently:

GoDaddy is using Cloudflare Nameservers (and not using Forwarding, Hostnames, or DS Records)
Domain name is pointing to Inmotion Platform I VPS hosting account.
MailPoet CNAME and MX Records are added to Cloudflare (and using DS Only, switched from Proxied but neither provide a working solution).

I’ve routed something incorrectly. What is the correct usage?

Instructions I’ve read for linking a WordPress website to QUIC.cloud say that in the WordPress General Settings the site url must include ‘www.’ before linking. Does that mean that WordPress with QUIC can’t be configured using the root domain address, ie without www. in the url?

TL;DR: What’s the best way to achieve a permanent forward / redirect from a new subdomain to an existing WP site?

I’m just getting back into using WP after a 10+ year haitus and am super rusty.

I have setup WP Network using subdomains for each site. This is working well, however now I would like to create a subdomain that forwards or redirects to an existing WP site. I.e. new.mysite.com >> mysite.com

Simply adding a CNAME to my DNS doesn’t work (404, which I half expected).

I did see the MU Domain Mapping plugin but it looks out of date. TBH I’d prefer a method that doesn’t require another plugin, but I’ll do what I must!

Any recommendations?

I am having an issue with my website when it has the www in the url.
This https://www.designerdrains.com/ is broken,
This https://designerdrains.com/ displays as expected.
The internal pages work. If I go directly to them with the www, it is redirecting to the non-www url.
This https://www.designerdrains.com/shop-shower-drains/ redirects to https://designerdrains.com/shop-shower-drains/
I assumed it was some sort of conflict in the theme or plugins.
I have disabled All plugins – tested the URL no changes.
I changed the theme to twenty twenty two – tested the URL no change.
No matter what I do, I cannot fix this.

In Settings:
WordPress Address (URL) = https://www.designerdrains.com
Site Address (URL) = https://www.designerdrains.com

One other oddity, when I had the theme set to Twenty Twenty Two, I viewed the source of the broken page at https://www.designerdrains.com/ and it is still set to the actual theme Flatsome, not the Twenty Twenty Two.

The site is hosted on Godaddy.
I checked to see if it was some sort of Firewall cache but that is not enabled. I am at a loss as to what is causing this broken page.
What am I missing?

Hi, I’m trying to add the DNS records within my hosting provider DNS records. That goes well, until I have to add the last TXT dns record with _dmarc.bewustlifecoaching.nl (value v=DMARC1; p=none;) Then I get an error message that this conflicts with another record. I think the other record this conflicts with is the CNAME _dmarc.bewustlifecoaching.nl with value dmarc-none.mijndomein.nl. How can I solve this?

II did everything according the manual that come’s with MailPoet, but the CNAME’s and the TXT keep getting the status “Invalid”. Hovering over the little ‘i’ it say’s “DNS record completely missing. Please add DNS record”

Ik did copy paste the CNAME and TXT value’s from my MailPoet in the cPanel of my TransIP account and waited two day’s. But still no change. I don’t understand why it won’t accept. The DMARC1 is verified correctly.

Please help!

Hello, I did everything as instructed on your website to verify the DNS records. However, even though the CNAME records seem to be propagated, on your site they still appear as Invalid. Please help!
