Jetpack used to be a helpful and free tool to enhance my WordPress site’s functionality. However, now that it has become a paid service, my experience has been completely ruined. It’s disappointing to see how a once relied-upon free and reliable plugin now forces us to pay absurd monthly fees for features we used to enjoy for free.

The shift to a paid model feels more like a greedy strategy to squeeze money out of users than a decision to improve the product. The quality of service doesn’t justify the exorbitant price they’re charging. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in communication about this change is unacceptable. We’ve been left in the dark and feel abandoned by a company we once trusted.

Instead of enhancing the user experience, this move seems more focused on lining the pockets of the company behind Jetpack. I feel betrayed and frustrated by this decision, and I’m seeking out more ethical and affordable alternatives to improve my WordPress site. I wouldn’t recommend Jetpack to anyone in its current state unless they’re willing to shell out money for a service that used to be free and reliable.

This is amazing. I was looking for a plugin that would allow me to chat with the visitors on my site. Then someone recommended this plugin. I love it. It not only has WhatsApp integration but it also has telegram, messenger, SMS, and even a call option. Now the visitors to my page can chat with me in real-time without me having to keep the website open all the time.

Jetpack communication problem

Hi,

I am experiencing a consistent issue that shows up in site tools. It reads “Jetpack has a detected a problem with the communication between your site and WordPress.com”

I haven’t been able to find anything in error logs about it and the jetpack debug tool says everything is good to go.

However my jetpack_sync_queue table in the db has gone crazy and is over 500mb!

Any help would be great, thank you,
