I came across a website of mine which wouldn’t send form at times. While investigating the issue, I noticed the form was sent successfully once I disabled Altcha. Thus, I started to disable form-related plugins one by one, starting with Brevo-stuff first.
Then, I noticed it was using the Conditional fields for Contact Form 7 plugin. By disabling it, CF7 + Altcha and all the others were working just fine.
So I have found my guy. And I was able to reproduce the issue on a clean install. So:
There are no notices in browser console, no errors in php, no requests sent.
Could you please take a look?
]]>Is there a way to make Tablesome work with the Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7 plugin?
I can’t map the conditional fields as they are not automatically detected by Tablesome.
Thank you
]]>First option
and Selected option
are both unset.
When the page loads, everything works just fine:
However, after changing Water Delivery to another value and then back again, the Shipping field requires manual action, because nothing is seleced.
The same thing happens when Selected option
is set to “Delivery” (the option label) or “delivery” (the option slug).
When I set First option
to “Delivery”, this option is added as a disabled option with no price, even when Selected option
is also set to “Delivery”.
It looks like conditional fields aren’t rendered the same way when the first appear and when they reappear after being hidden/removed.
]]>Form submissions are being received by email with no problem. The Mail (2) autoresponser is supposed to send an email to the form submitter. However, if the Mail (2) content includes conditional fields (ie, [group-name]… [/group-name]), the Mail (2) autoresponder does not seem to work.
An email logging plugin shows the email as being sent (?), however, it’s not being received by the form submitter, and it’s not being received by the “cc” address. Have tested with various email addresses in the form submitter/cc addresses without success. The emails also do not appear in any spam folders (so are they really being sent?).
If conditional fields are removed from the content, (ie, replaced the content with basic text – like “test”) the Mail (2) autoresponder successfully sends and receives without a problem, including sending/receiving to the “cc” addresses as well.
Using PHPmailer, and while the host suggests using SMTP plugin, it does not seem this was the issue since we’re receiving form submissions and the Mail (2) autoresponder can work, just without the conditional fields. The Mail (2) autoresponder was working as intended WITH conditional fields for many years until just about 2 weeks ago.
Any suggestions for further troubleshooting or possible fixes would be most appreciated.

For our contact forms we are also using “Contact Form 7” and “Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7”.
We are using all updated versions of WordPress and Plugins. I have systematically deactivated and reactivated plugins one at a time to test for conflicts, however there are none.
Hi:
A site I’m rebuilding is already using the free version of Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce – I want to know if the premium version enables conditional fields based on product category?
At the ThemeHigh website (https://www.themehigh.com/product/woocommerce-checkout-field-editor-pro/) it says:
Do “field values” include Product Category?
Thanks!
]]>The config is mainly done with plugins FooEvents for Woocommerce and Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce.
We would like to create a new flow with the same installation.
How to set a 1st step in which:
– user chooses the type of subscription at different prices – we thought about a variable product to do this
– this subscription could be bought only in quantity 1
– the selection of this subscription excludes purchasing of the other subscription (the use can only buy one kind of subscription in a session)
Step 2: How to have conditional steps after this first steps? We mean that step 2 should be the choice a) (kind of sport kits and size) or the choice b) (kind of gadget kits)
What plugins and what configs do we need to set to reach these goals?
Many thanks to anyone who would like share its experience
]]>I am using conditional fields on one of my forms to show a “select” field depending on the selection of another “select” field. I noticed that when using a theme I purchased, the fields are not updated correctly. I have to click on another form field in order to update the select fields. However, when I use a default WordPress theme, the fields update immediately.
I also tested the markup of the form and conditions on the test plugin’s environment (https://conditional-fields-cf7.bdwm.be/form-tester) and it works fine. I contacted the theme’s support, but they were unable to find the reason for this issue. They mentioned that they cannot support a third-party plugin.
Where i can send you the credentials for my site so you can check it as well? I need to find a solution as soon as possible. I would really appreciate your cooperation and help.
Thank you.
