I created a form to send new contacts to my list in CC. I have been getting confirmation emails for each person, but the person is not added to the list.
I have talked to support at CC and we went through all the typical culprits:
? Bypass Constant Contact cron scheduling: Enabled
? Redirect to URL: Not enabled
? Opt-in Checkbox: Disabled
? No other forms on the page in question (https://frontrange.wildones.org/newsletter-signup/)
? No flagged/suspicious signups
? Any example contacts that should have made it through (Please feel free to use my first test from yesterday ([email protected]) as one of these!)
This is the CC reference log [ ref:_00D708xak._5003n2X1L25:ref ]
Also, the troubleshooting log is enabled in the form, but it does not show up.
Thanks,
Rick Phillips
Akismet is deterring spam and everything seems totally OK, except that when I try to subscribe a new user, they are not added and I receive the following error:
Creating Contact Exception
A contact cannot be added without lists.

Any help with this issue would be incredible and greatly appreciated.

]]>Today I tried to install a Constant Contact plug and got an error message (sorry I didn’t capture the exact wording). Now, my site is complete inaccessible, I can’t even get to my WP login page to get to the dashboard so I can try and fix. I’m just seeing just many error messages (see below) when I try to login in or even just going to our URL (https://thewritepeople.biz). Can anyone help? Thanks so much. I’m desperate.

]]>2)I removed an email from my constant contact account and return to my list and try to refresh my list.During my refresh it removes my deleted emails but shows the same errors as above.
Can you please help me how to remove this warning too.I know they are just warning, but I don’t want to show something like this in my site.

]]>I can’t login to the admin for a site that is otherwise working well enough for visitors. It’s https://hinanocafevenice.com.
But when I try to login at /wp-admin I get a blank screen.
I’ve looked through forums and tried some of what I’ve seen widely suggested. When I try disabling plugins, one after another via ftp and testing, I get nowhere.
Until I disable constant-contact-api then the site breaks and I get this:
Warning: require_once(/home/content/49/10272249/html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/user.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/49/10272249/html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/constant-contact-api.php on line 25
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/49/10272249/html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/user.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/49/10272249/html/wp-content/plugins/constant-contact-api/constant-contact-api.php on line 25
So I put the constant contact plugin back in the plugins folder.
One thing someone from GoDaddy, where the site is hosted, said is that it looked like the site’s db was almost being, I guess, subverted by a plugin, but that was all they could say.
Note: This site’s config file is pointing at the db where it was built. The site URLs were updated when it was moved and it has been performing fine, and letting me access the admin as recently as about a week ago.
Thanks for help.
