Ocean WP PRO – logo/favicon not showing

I used the setup wizard for the installation of my logo and favicon. I wanted to make changes to the images I uploaded so I used the customizer (site identity and header tabs). Very, very long story short (I had to delete the images from the customizer and the media library, save and fresh, cache the website and my computer, rename the images on my computer and then reload the images I wanted through the customizer). My new images (both the favicon and logo) appear on the customizer screen to my liking in draft mode. However, neither appear on my webpage when I exit out of the customizer and into Elementor.

After submitting this entry, I figured out that by pressing publish (instead of save draft) in the customizer my issue was resolved.

Very limited options, too complicated

I’ve bought a package from Think Up Themes that includes this theme. Every TUT theme is very complicated to use. Some options are dependent of some other that is not logically arranged. You can’t do much to change default look and make what you need, and even simple things like fonts, colors and menus are painful or impossible to set up as you like. Also, themes ARE NOT yours forever, as they stated on their web site, because when subscription expires, you can’t install your key on new web sites. Waste of money.

Page Header Featured Image Not Appearing

For each page that I have, I would like to add a feature image at the top that goes with the heading of that page. I have set an featured image by uploading one, however, when refreshing the published page, the featured image still does not appear.

Consulting (free) Sidebar displays under content

When I activate the sidebar on the consultancy theme the sidebar displays under the content in the shop (woocommerce) page. On other pages the sidebar displays next to the content. Is it an incompatibility with woocommerce?

I am using:
Wordpress: 5.2
Woocommerce: 3.6.2
Consulting Theme (free): 1.2.5
I am afraid to update the theme because I don’t want to break the site because I don’t have access to ftp and cpanel.

How to remove intro core box and page title for just one page?

Hi
I would like to remove the intro colour box with page title from just one of my websites pages. I would like to remove it from my shop page as it shows arhive-product as the title. Ive tried most custom css to change the title to shop including using yoast SEO but still no luck. I believe the issue is within the theme.

Content being hid behind Header

Hi All

I am new to all this so please be easy on me. I have downloaded my first premium theme

Anyway no matter what content I place onto a page, whatever is at the top is overlapped by the header. I have tried all different header set ups, turned things on and off and no matter what I do its still the same.

Am I missing something?

Does anyone have any experience using this theme?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Adding slider to Pages

Great theme, thinking about buying the pro version but first I’d like to know one thing.

I haven’t been able to add a slider image to any pages I created. I don’t want to use the 3 from the homepage but a different one.. Doesn’t even need to be a slider as it is just 1 image per page.

How can I do this?
