Hi there, great plugin, it resolves my needs!

My question is, Is there any way to get in a table a special CF7 email tag? I′m trying to get vistor IP address, and there is a email tag for it, but I can’t find the way to get in a table.

I tried a second way creating a new CF7 field via funtions.php, but when I create a table with autodetect fields, I can’t get it neither.

How can I get this?

Hello there,

I want to restrict email or contact form 7 submission if email already exist in database.

Problem which i am facing:

Whenever we enter any details in contact form 7 if email is duplicate it create database entry. which is a creating chaos in my submissions stored.

What i need is:

If email is already present in database it should not store it or it should show an error that email is present.

ISSUE 2

I am using contact form 7 to send important email as well. so if email sending plugin called “SMTP Mailer” is failed while or before submission contact form still get submitted and show me “Contact form successfully submitted” which is wrong if email doesn’t get triggered due to any reason it should not say successful either not store in DB.

Hi, I have been using for some time the old Contact Form to Database plugin with the data editor extension which allowed to edit the submitted data.

I have now installed the new plugin but I do not see any way to edit the data, is this not permitted?

CF7 DB not hyperlink jpg taken on phone

I can’t get the Contact Form 7 Database to hyperlink to jpg files taken using a phone. The file name displays “image.jpg” for example but no hyperlink to the image and so I can’t click on it. Interestingly the file does attach to the email that I get, and I can see the jpg as an email attachment, so I know the form is working. For some reason, the database doesn’t seem to handle the file.

If I upload an jpg or png using a desktop it works. Unless that is, it is the jpg that was initially taken on the phone. Hope that all makes sense.

Anyone know why that happens and how to fix it?

Two things that are really bad about this plugin:

– They ask you to upgrade in order to get the data from all forms. See screenshot here: https://prntscr.com/i8xmhc

– It adds garbage to your list view and export that you’ll need to use the settings button to hide as the garbage randomly appears. See here: https://prntscr.com/i8xmxd

I’ve substantiated all claims with screenshots.

Values in exported CSV are shifted

Hey,
i use cf7 for a registration and advanced-cf7-db to save and export the results. Sometimes some checkbox fields like e.g. gender are not filled. After i export the results as CSV, the further values from the fields after this checkbox field shifted forward and stay under false column. The empty value will append at the end and stay also into false column.
Is there a bug with checkboxes or do i use it wrong?
