Magazine Basic: Removing page content border help

I am currently using the Magazine Basic theme and I would like to know how to remove the page content border from the theme.

I have removed the page background image and made it a plain white (#ffffff) background, however the ‘content’ area of the theme shows a page border that is shadowed. I want to remove this completely (or change the colour to white) so that it blends in with the white background.

I have tried looking through the support forum and finding it myself but I can’t seem to find it in the CSS of the theme template.

Here is what I want to remove in a detailed picture to help:

If you visit my site you can see there is a grey border around the content and sidebar section. I want to change that border to a black shadow. Can you give me a snippet that I can just drop into my child theme?

Sidebar and Content Border Issues

Hi all,

I’m sorry to post yet another thread about sidebars being sucked into the footer, but here I am, having tried to apply others’ advice but without success. Here is my site: https://blogy.keyingredient.com

Clearly the content border is screwed up in addition to my sidebar being in the wrong place, but I’m just not sure how to fix it. Thanks for any help on this.

Hey I would like to have a line or thin shadow image at the left edge of my content and right edge of my side bar. Here’s and image of what I’m trying to do here

I’m not even sure what this “border” called. To me it makes the content look clean and centered.

I’ve browsed around and tried a few things but the closest I can get is a border around the entire web page.

Any suggestions?
