I’ll make some edits for a page in the Content Builder, save my changes, and then when I go to open the Content Builder again it shows all the fields as blank.
It was working perfectly for years and nothing had changed/updated on wordpress so I’m not sure why it suddenly stopped working. This has happened once before a few years ago, and I solved it by rolling my site to a backup. I tried that again but it didn’t fix it this time.
I’ve tried temporarily disabling all plugins but it didn’t fix it. I also tried using other browsers as well.

]]>Recently I have started upgrading a wordpress based website.
I can see a ‘content builder’ option to ‘Add /Edit Page’
But I am not able to see the plug-in used for that ‘content builder’ under the ‘plugin’ section of the website.
Searched a lot in the Admin panel as well as FileManager but not getting any clue.
Could anyone please help me on this?
]]>I just took over a site to manage, and it’s a pretty simple site, but there is one page that I’m trying to figure out how to update.
The Page is blank, it has the “Content Builder” section that has a Row and with a Sidebar that points to a “line” option.
Basically when you view this page, you’ll see two pictures of two different people. This page is “Staff”, and is supposed to show the current staff members for this business.
In the Members section, I added a new Member, with a new staff member, but this new Member doesn’t show up on the Staff page, even though the new member is configured just like the original two staff members. I’m trying to find out where or how to update the “Line” sidebar to reflect the addition of this new staff member.
Any help would be appreciated!

I use the shareaholic wordpress plugin and the social media sharing buttons always appear on top of my blog posts and on the bottom. Right now I just can’t seem to start writing my blog posts in between those places. How can I make my social media sharing icons appear on top of my blog posts?

I contacted the developers and they told me this:
This is a plugin incompatibility. TCB always adds content on top of default WP content, and for some reason it interprets shareholic icons as wp content so it adds everything on top of it. The workaround would be to add the icons as shortcode via the WordPress Content element in TCB.
Do you know what I should do best?

The problem is that some photos (not all) show only a portion of the picture, (usually a person). Often with the head missing in a “landscape” form.
How do I eliminate this problem?
