I am not using a sidebar on any pages. I don’t know why I am having this problem on this temporary site. I originally started a different temporary site at this address: https://carolynm14.sg-host.com/ and the width is fine — my settings are the same.
I also have a recurring problem with images not showing up when I either publish or preview both sites. I never had this problem before.
Any ideas?
]]>Even before I updated the theme, I noticed some bugs on my website. The background color (pink) is not working anymore in single pages. Instead, the background color is white, although in the Editor it displays pink and the settings appears to be correct as well. This happens only in single pages, in post pages the background color applies normally.
I updated the theme, but it didn’t solve the issue
Also, in one page (linked below) the margins of the blocks is wider than the screen. Again, in the Editor, the margins displays correctly and I couldn’t find where in settings I could reverse this issue.
How can I fix the single pages, specially this one? I would appreciate if someone can help me on this.
PS: when I updated the theme, I noticed the “shaded” option applied to the drop down box of menu itens disappeared It is not available anymore?
Thanks!
]]>Using a Justified Gallery because of it’s lovely responsiveness filling the entire content width of the page. The visual display on desktop and tablet is perfect.
On mobile, the mix of portrait and landscape sizes clash. Due to the height configuration, sometimes a single image will float in the centre with gaps on either side, instead of resizing two images side-by-side to fill the content width space.
Screenshots-
Justified Desktop: https://ibb.co/dcRXKC2
Justified Mobile: https://ibb.co/sQh4jSj
Row height: 250
Max row height: 380
Margins: 5
If I lower the row height, the pictures are too small on a desktop view, and it doesn’t fully solve the mobile issue (eg. square images). Is there a way to force two columns for a Justified Gallery once the screen size hits the mobile breakpoint? I know this will force some photos to be smaller, but it’s better than having them float awkwardly alone. Would much prefer to use Justified Gallery layout over Masonry Image Gallery.
Thanks in advance.
]]>There are conflicts with this plugin and our email customizer “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer”. It appears that AST overrides the template “Customer Completed Order”. I was able to get our personalized message to appear on these emails by going through WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Settings?> Email Content.
However, the email container width is also being overwritten. In Kadence, the Content Width is set to 650px. When I deactivate AST, the email fits within the designated space. When AST is active, the email fills the full width. This happens when “Display shipment status section” is checked (when unchecked, the email width is back to normal). Is there a way to set the width and have “display shipment status” on?
Also, the alignment in the email preview window does not match the actual. In test emails, each line item (shipping provider logo, shipper name, tracking #, track button) are stacked on top of one another instead of being aligned horizontally across the space. The tracking links are functional. Any way to fix this for the sake of aesthetics?
Thanks in advance.
]]> // Set content-width
global $content_width;
$content_width = 560;
When I change this value in functions.php, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me where I can change the width of the single posts please.
]]>To my surprise, the content area is suddenly narrower than expected, squeezing my menu onto a second row. Funny thing is that this is the only blog page with this behavior…
I’ve been trying a lot so far, including trying to stretch the menu, separating the menu from the page, setting all to full width, and so on. The behavior on this page remains the same…
Any chance you can look into this? This has been costing a lot of time already…
]]>Also, how do I add a background image in this theme and have the page content area boxed with a white background?
Thank you.
]]>Something (maybe the theme) is restricting the content width on all of my shop pages. How can I extend the width of the content so that it takes up the whole width of the page? If possible, I would like the sidebar to display as close as possible to the edge of the screen and then the products to take up the rest of the space.
