Countries included in continents?

I’m looking at setting up shipping. In shipping zones, it says you can choose entire continents. Is there a way to see what countries are included in a continent?
Also, can I include an entire continent, but exclude specific countries on that continent? Thanks!

Hey,

I was wondering, in the Conditions section where you can select a specific destination or exclude a destination is there an option for the continents (ie Africa, Europe etc). I don’t want to have to go through and add each African country or European etc. That’s quite time-consuming and also can lead to errors of missing out on the countries.

PS The plugin is fantastic and is doing the exact job I wanted it to do, so thank you!

Is it possible to set a weight range?

For example, if I want to set one flat shipping fee for an order between 1-1.5lbs, for a country group (such as Europe), is it possible to do so with this plugin?

My client’s shipping rates are laid out using different, very exact, weight ranges, so I’d like to make sure I can set that with this plugin. Just setting a maximum weight won’t work for us. Any help is appreciated!

Selecting countries by group

When selecting countries to ship to (or selecting individual countries for some of the core settings), would it ever be possible to select countries as groups? Or make groups of countries based on a pre-determined list? It would be quite handy (at least for my current project but I’m sure others wold find it useful as well) to be able to select “All European Countries” or “Asia” as supersets of countries for the store setup, particularly if we’re doing flat rates or shipping rates based on weight and destination. Are there any plans for something along these lines to be included in the next major release or does anyone out there think it would be a good idea as an add-on plugin?

Ship to groups of countries

First off, amazing plugin. I Googled for 2 minutes and found it, and it’s fairly simple to set up.

My question is, is there a way to pre-select a group of countries, instead of individual countries one by one? My client’s site is shipping to the following groups:

United States
Canada
Europe
Asia
Oceania (Australia, Polynesia, Micronesia)

Obviously the US and Canada are countries and can be selected right away. I just feel it would be a bit painstaking to constantly select each and every country from, say, Europe, for the different weight ranges they sell their products in, for each shipping rate for any part of Europe. Is there a way I can upload an entire list of countries via copy and paste, or a CSV file? I’ve tried having a list of comma separated countries to copy and paste into the “Select some countries” field, but Woocommerce doesn’t recognize that method.

Is it possible for the map to show only a choice of continents ?
I only need the map to be zoomed on Europe, Africa & the Middle East, I don’t want the rest of the continents to be shown.

Continents update

I am trying to use a postage calculator and want to update the values for the countries continents.
The countries would be corrected to their updated continents, I can then use my postal calculator to work out the right postal areas, ie UK, Europe, World Zone 1, world zone 2.

The question is if I update the continents values in the “wp_wpsc_currency_list” database table will this have an effect in other parts of the WordPress workings.
