I created three custom bots and added all of them to one page using shortcodes. Each custom bot has a conversation starter like “Begin chat.”
When I go to the page and click the “Begin chat” button (it doesn’t matter which one), the other “Begin chat” buttons disappear.
After refreshing the page, the buttons for these two chats become visible again (memory is turned on).
It seems like when I click the button for one chat, it automatically triggers the others, causing them to disappear.
I am using Hello Elementor and Elementor.
I tried disabling all plugins except Elementor and the theme, but it didn’t help.

How can we fix this? The correct one in our case is the one from the conversations page.

]]>We have used a code you gave on another question to name the subject of the chat as the title of the page/post (‘$subject = get_the_title();’).
When a user hits the message button on a page/post, we would like for the conversation to continue on a previous conversation only if the subject has the same name (aka comes from the same page/post) and to start a new conversation if there is no previous conversation with the same subject name (aka never started a conversation from that same page/post).
How can we implement this?

]]>I use Contact Form 7 for customers to submit uninstall surveys. And send the email to an account in Google Workspace(Business version of Gmail).
However, I find a problem. When different customers submit their surveys via the form, Gmail will group 4 or 5 emails into one conversation, though they are completely unrelated and from different customers.
Initially I think this is a problem of Gmail, which may group emails with the same subject “Uninstall Survey”.
However, I make a test. I send two emails from another Gmail account, not Contact Form 7. BOth with the subject “test”. This time, the two emails will not be grouped.
So I think maybe there are something special that makes Gmail think the emails sent from Contact Form 7 should be grouped.
