Mobile is only getting desktop layout

I am using Creativo v7.3.3

I had installed w3 Total Cache then WP Fastest Cache; I also had installed a CDN through Stack Path.

I have deleted all caching and reversed my DNS back to my regular Host.

I tested that my page is updating by changing theme to Twenty Twenty and it does indeed register the change providing a mobile view for that theme.

Now I am back to my Creativo website and cannot figure what is causing Mobile layout to fail.

Could it be the past actions of minify CSS and JS or the themes’s “Dynamic CSS Compiling” Method set to Disk instead of inline? I have reversed these, but as I stated Mobile version will not load and instead I get the desktop version on my cell.

Sidebar resets to “None” on page update

I have a common sidebar that I use on all pages that links to other pages in the same menu. However, whenever I edit a page, the Sidebar field resets to “None.” If I forget to update that field before saving, the custom sidebar isn’t used.

WordPress 5.3.2 using Creativo Theme version 7.2.8 (current as of today).

I remember (or perhaps misremember) being able to set the default sidebar somewhere but I can’t remember where that might have been.

Anyone know of a way to ensure the Sidebar field stays populated?

Creativo Blog Titles ae Huge

I am trying to edit the Blog Titles on the new version of Creativo 5.7.8.2

The on-Page stylings are not working for the Blog Title so it is showing up in the middle of the page in a light grey. I cannot see any Theme Options that may be in conflict and I have tried turning of the Blog Title and Breadcrumbs and nothing happens. Also, when the breadcrumbs are on, they don’t show up (controlled from the Page). Anyone else having a similar issue? The padding around the Blog Title looks like its about 300px top-bottom.

Other pages are not found after I changed the homepage

Hi, I have installed a theme from Creativo but when I changed the homepage screen URL, all the other pages are no longer found except the homepage slider.

How do I fix this?

[Topic title amended]

Hi guys, I just started with WordPress and just purchased the Creativo theme, specifically for the “Blogger” template. However, as I was following the instruction to install the template, I realized the “Blogger” – the one that made me purchase Creativo wasn’t there to be installed. As far as I know, there are a total of 6 templates in Creativo but when I go to Appearance => Import Template, I only see 5 (excluding the “Blogger”) and I don’t know what’s wrong :(.

Creativo – Change Background and Font Color for Searches

On the header menu, when you click the search icon you get a black box and when you type it’s black font. So you can’t see what you typed in the search box. Any ideas on how to change the background and font color of the search box? I’ve looked everywhere. Thanks!
