Great plug-in thanks very much.
Recently WooCommerce have required us to change our checkout to the new gutenberg blocks version to be able to use paypal card processing.
When we do this, the checkout breaks in safari only, you can not see the detail of the order, or the ability to select a payment method.\
This is only present in safari browser on both mobile and desktop.
disabling the plug-in rectifys.
thanks again
Dan

After clicking PLACE ORDER, a spinning wheel shows up and the page never progresses.
I’ve reached out to WooCommerce for help but their support team is entirely non-existent. It opens a chat window that no one ever replies to, and they don’t follow up with email. Square says it’s a Woocommerce issue and won’t help until Woo has exhausted all attempts to fix it.
Can anyone help?!
]]>I’m encountering an issue with the Credit Card Processing. When people enter their card details and click “Order”, the screen becomes whitish and nothing happens for something like 15 seconds. There’s no loading, nothing but a still screen for 15 seconds or so.
This time is way too much for many (if not most) people, who think there’s some kind of issue and try either reloading the page or leaving it.
The easiest to solve that way would be to add a note under the credit card form like “Please don’t refresh the page while the transaction is processing” and that would do the trick for most people. How could I do that? Or is there a way to have a loading icon show up instead of just the opaque layer? So that people understand it’s not a bug, it’s just that it’s taking time to process.
]]>Does anyone know if this is possible? The idea is to allow people to “opt in” (or not) to paying the processing fees, similar to Give WP’s Recover Fees add-on.
]]>I’m wondering if there’s an alternative credit card processing besides Stripe.
I just created an online store using Woocommerce, but since I’m living in Vietnam, I can’t set up Stripe to process credit card on my site.
I tried other payment, such as Braintree, but they don’t support my country either.
Right now the only payment option on my site is Paypal Checkout, just tested it in the Checkout page, but found no Credit Card option.
Would you suggest options for payment (both paid and free are welcome, although I prefer free plugin)
Best Regards
]]>We are writing to inform you that you are currently using or have used in the past a 3rd Party Application that charges credit cards on your behalf through the QuickBooks Payments Service. We have the following application(s) listed for your merchant account(s) performing this service:
Primal Edge Health Credit Card Processing
The legacy payments service used by the application(s) will be discontinued on November 12th, 2019. Intuit has provided an alternative service to the application developer to provide the same features and functionality to avoid an interruption to the processing of your payments.
What does this mean for me?
In order to continue processing payments, your application developer needs to update the application you are using to the latest QuickBooks Merchant Services API. Intuit has contacted your developer and provided an upgrade path. If no action is taken by your application developer you will lose the ability to process payments through that application after November 12th, 2019.
What action do I need to take?
The application developer is responsible for any actions. You can help to ensure that your processing is not interrupted by knowing what they plan to do and making business decisions according to their response.
1. You should contact your 3rd party application provider listed above and ask them to upgrade to the latest QuickBooks Merchant Services API. An example of a 3rd party application would be an e-commerce shopping cart typically used on a website for customers to purchase products or services. Some application developers may need a few months to upgrade so you should contact them as soon as possible to avoid an interruption in service. We have published information for developers on the Intuit developer blog site.
NOTE: Intuit Payments Experts are unable to help 3rd Party Developers migrate their applications. Please have the Developer visit the blog site linked above.
2. If your developer is not upgrading to the latest QuickBooks Merchant Services API, you may want to explore other options that work with your payments account. Several compatible shopping carts are listed on Intuit?s QuickBooks Payments site. If you choose to switch to a different shopping cart, please contact them for information and help with moving to their shopping cart.
NOTE: Intuit Payments Experts are unable to assist in migrating to a new shopping cart provider.
The Payments Team
I’ve contacted your design team by phone and by the form on your website and I’m leaving this message here too.
After setting up the pro version of the NMI for WooCommerce plugin and running a few transactions, I’m getting failures for:
– business name (should be optional)
– Visa not accepted
– email address not included for shipping address
There is no way to remove the business name field and no way to add an email address for shipping address in WooCommerce, which is pointless, because the email address is only for the billing.
It’s critical I hear from someone soon, as we are losing sales because of these issues in migration to your plugin. We’re using Fortress Payments as our processor.
There is NO clear instruction on how to connect Fortress Payments with your plugin. The only way I can see to do that is to use the free version and add the API key for Fortress, but I’m not sure if both plugins need to be active. The documentation on this plugin is abysmal.
Also, in your installation instructions, there is no “Chekout” tab in WooCommerce at this time, so you can’t configure the 3 step API.
]]>having a problem with credit card processing. When a client purchases a product, the transaction occurs properly but the store owner is not getting paid. Heartland is not batching it out. They recommended that owner contact the webmaster and make these two programming modifications:
– Change “authorize only” to “capture” : this option seeing in plugin and i have updated but second option: Turn off: “asking for confirmation” not seeing in setting can you please tell me how can i update this
In the interim, Heartland changed it over to automatically batch out but the owner is still not getting the money unless he calls Heartland.
]]>I just need an interm solution until my payment processor can do a real online integration into our website.
]]>I confirmed that all my payment info is correct at checkout, but there’s still an error. WooCommerce even creates an order on the backend, but it’s marked as “Pending Payment”. I’ve also confirmed that the API Key is correct within my Simplify account, and a deactivated and reactivated the plugin, but still no progress.
Please advise,
Ryan
