This issue arises when multiple coupons are applied, waiving the initial subscription fee. Here are the key details: The subscription total is correctly set to €68.06 per year, but the next payment is not due until 2025. When using Revolut, it falsely identifies the future subscription amount as the total due for the initial payment, causing a potential charge or flagging the payment incorrectly.
We have successfully tested the process using a regular credit card, and no issues occurred. The initial order total remained €0, and no charge was processed. Screenshots and tests indicate the problem might be specific to Revolut’s interaction with subscriptions. Could you please investigate if there are any known issues with Revolut and recurring payments in such cases? Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

]]>I have an issue which frustrating, all orders I’m getting are being “Failed“
On Test Mode, all payment methods shows, Credit Cards, Paypal, WooPay, and I tried the Test credit cards and it works well as well on “Orders”
but On Live mode, it Only shows Paypal on Microsoft Edge and it show both Credit and Paypal on Chrome ( Not WooPay) and when I tried a random card for test I got the line “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘id’)“
Can you please help me in that please?

]]>We have set up the payment options we offer in Stripe but we still see this rotator that shows Diner’s Club and other options we don’t offer. I looked at other support threads and it seems the only solution is from a year ago and says to use the old version of the plugin, but we can’t do this since it affects our other plugins, and isn’t the best from a security standpoint.
Can you tell me if there is a solution with the current plugin (add some code, changes settings in the plugin) that we can implement?
]]>I’ve created a topic here but didn’t get an answer when I sent the following message.
Context: I have problems with upsells, seems like they are not working or they ask to log in on PayPal to accept them
This is the message that I wrote on the last topic:
–
So I’ve asked Cartflows and they fixed the main issue which was ‘Fix errors when accepting upsells’.
Now, I have another problem. Now, the upsells are working if you pay DIRECTLY from the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button. When someone pays with a credit card on the checkout and he’s redirected to the upsell page, if he accepts it, this redirects him to a PayPal page asking for logging in (remember that they paid with cards, not with PayPal so this makes no sense).
Here’s a video showing it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1k4V8ggoaQvJHTuTkwqZKH8z_9ApniRfS/view?usp=sharing
I contacted them again about this issue and they told me this:
“`Actually, it is the default implementation made in the CartFlows to add the compatibility of PayPal Payments Payment gateway plugin. In the integration, we have used the V2 version API of the PayPal which works in this way itself.
As there are few restrictions from the PayPal gateway and the plugin, due to which the user had to redirect to the PayPal side to accept the payment and that is why you are getting another PayPal page to make the payment.
In the older version of the PayPal, there was an case, where those gateway pluing were storing the payment source so as to use it for the next time, but this gateway plugin does not stores the order source to be used on the upsell and that is why this redirection is added.”
I don’t get it but hope you do.
How can we fix this?
]]>Is it the same like with paypal to use the option stripe the payer need first an account there? Or can stripe be used without an accoount there the payer only need giving in his/her credit cards details like e.g. visa, number and so on by choosing the posibility stripe?
in my way i want to fit the order and the payments about a simple form cf7 with paypal and creditcards like Visa, Mastercard etc. – it is only a simple shop, don’t need a big solution.
I look forward to a soon answer, thanks a lot.

Other threads describe it this way:
>> Shipping label keeps asking to add credit card
>> I am unable to purchase shipping labels on WooCommerce, please help!
>> Credit Cards Not Showing up as option to purchase Shipping Labels
>> I’m trying to generate a shipping label. Every time I try to generate the label, it asks me to add a credit card. Well, I added a credit card several times, but it keeps asking me and won’t allow me to generate a label.
>> When I get to the Shipping Labels for an order I select everything and am only offered “Add a card.” I add a card – several in fact – and am still only offered the option to add a card.
>> I’ve seen other threads about this but none seems to answer the question or maybe I’m not understanding the solution.
>> I’ve seen threads about Jetpack and making sure the original wordpress account is linked and I believe I’ve done all that. I only have one email address login for wordpress – though I have several sites on wordpress – and after I enter a new credit card I can see them all in the Manage Purchases>Payment Options list. Is there a way that WooCommerce shipping isn’t looking at the right site? Maybe I need instructions on how exactly to check on that.
>> If anyone can help – and please answer in the most remedial way possible – about what else I can try that would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.`
>> I have my credit card hooked up to print shipping labels via WordPress.com and WooCommerce. Despite having successful purchases of shipping labels at first, now when I try to purchase a label after I get an order, I get the notice “There was a problem purchasing your shipping label. Please try again in a moment. Go to Credit Card Settings.” After I go to the credit card settings and try to add a new card, I get the notification “There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.” I am getting the same results with multiple different credit cards. I am using Version 4.5.2 of WooCommerce.`
PROBLEM SOLVED / ANSWERED:
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > WooCommerce Shipping
Make sure Shipping Labels is toggled to ON
Under Payment, check the box for the card you want used.
(I was previously trying to add a card and check the box for the card I wanted from the www.ads-software.com site, but it wasn’t resolving the issue. After I checked the box in the WooCommerce settings of my website, I was finally able to print/purchase the shipping label from inside the order record again with just one click.)
Hope this helps!
