I’ve completed payment by woocommerce plugin, everything in NowPayments panel is success, i received tokens but status of my Order not changing (Pending Payment). I setup plugin with my api key and IPN secret corectly. Please help

We have the “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway” plugin enabled on one of our websites. Primarily it is used by patrons purchasing artwork. Last week, someone transferred a funds to a crypto wallet that was connected to the button on the website in order to purchase artwork.

To my knowledge, we do not have a wallet to accept this amount.

Can anyone advise what steps I should take next? The transaction does not appear on our Stripe account.

Coinbase Commerce does not show WooCommerce ID after upgrading to Pro plugin

We’ve set the API, as well as webhooks. In the free plugin, the WooCommerce order ID was shown in Coinbase Commerce portal under Payments. After upgrading to Coinbase Commerce Pro, there is no more WooCommerce order ID in Coinbase, not even when we enter the order itself on Coinbase. Why?

Why is this? Surely not on our end as we only upgraded from free to pro plugin, we still use API + webhook and the payments work perfectly fine.
