You can see here a published product has an attribute “3 Blades”, but in the attributes tab, there are 0 products with the attribute “3 Blades”.
If I remove the attribute and create it again manually, I can select “3 Blades” by clicking on it. This then registers the attribute and it becomes searchable. It also looks different, which may be the problem?
I’m hoping I don’t have to manually apply all of the attributes to every product. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
]]>Is there any way to set up a different variations that has different prices and weight? In our website we set up a different scale and size of the model. For example the Size or Scale is 1:100 the price is 219.5 the weight is 4.5 based on our shipping rates. But we have 6 different scale that has different prices and weight. Is there any possible where I can set up the variations so that I don’t do it manually added per product? What I’m doing now is edit the product set up the variable attributes then click the generate variations and add the prices and weight manually based on the scale I created on the attributes. It’s time consuming because we have 4,000 products now in our website.
Hope you can help me this one.
Thank you!
]]>Now the client wants the same but in a CSV format, basically they want the details of each order to be sent in a email for each order in CSV format, do you have any idea of how to achieve this I have spent many hours looking for a solution.
Thanks in advance.

I think one solution would be to convert this field into a plain text type, as long as it continues to allow the insertion of long text with paragraph breaks (like, for example, for an ‘abstract’ submission field).
Is there a solution to this?
Many thanks in advance.
]]>One solution would be to turn this field into ‘Field Type: Text’, but then on the form the message box is extremely small (only one line) which makes it impossible to insert long text (like, for example, an ‘abstract’ submission field).
Is there a solution to this?
Thanks in advance.
]]>I’m currently subscribed to the premium version of your plugin and had a question regarding order detail exports. Is it possible to send an order’s details to suppliers in a custom CSV format, rather than including them within the body of an email or attaching them as a PDF?
If so, I would appreciate any guidance on how to set this up.
Thanks
