Great when it works, but terrible support

We happily used updraft for about six months. I evangelized it to multiple people. However, a recent migration totally turfed one of our live sites. This type of problem happens as I imagine there are lots of complex parts, but updraft was absolute useless in trying to trouble-shoot as well as prominently displaying a zero care factor. Essentially every response was “it’s a 500 error, that’s a problem on your server.” While this is obviously correct, it was a neat way of avoiding the fact that the problem on our server was created by the plugin (it turned out to be that the database was only partially copied across). They had zero interest in helping us try to fix it. or even troubleshoot (I eventually worked out the root cause myself). Lesson learnt.

I added Social Media Widget in the footer. The classic icons are working fine, but the icon of the custom service I added (Livraddict, a French social media about books (similar to Goodreads in English)) does not work.

Rearrange custom preset icons?

Is there a way to put a custom service between the preset services? Because as far as I can see I can only rearrange the preset services, and any custom services will always be behind the preset ones.

Hello I been hearing some exciting things about your gallery plugin.
Came across a problem that needs some solution, your plugin and/or additional services looks like the problem-solver.
Now, I have not installed the plugin nor tried it yet so bare with me if I’m asking about stuff that should be knowledgeable if I have used it
Question:
1. Would I be able to search the images? I have about 100 of them.
They all need to be searchable by keyword, tag, and/or description.
Please specify whether its searchable by all, some or neither.

2. I see that the description can link to a external page(If not please specify). Are the image(s) linkable to external page(s).
If not do you offer a customization service for this option and what is the fee.

To clearify this will be done on a clean WordPress upload.
