The option for now would be to use two MC-plugins, one to register customers with name, address, phone and groups and this one to register the ecommerce data, but that is not so elegant, as well as it uses more resources than necessary.

]]>I have an open blog www.whatshappeningprovo.com. I’d like to simplify and decrease the chances of someone getting confused when making a post on the site.
I don’t feel like the ‘Excerpt’ ; ‘Custom Fields’; and ‘Post Thumbnail’ functions are really needed for my purposes as of right now.
Is there anyway to turn these off in order to not confuse people that may be learning how to post something on the site for the first time?

]]>I have a question regarding custom fields.
I have been using them for a while now, and they are serving well.
I currently have a category which has posts which each include an ‘expiry date’ which I enter using a custom field when writing the post!
All works great, and this shows up OK in my template!
But what I would like to do is for additional text to show up if this date has passed.
So if the date entered has expired, then the post will show ‘Expired’ somewhere in the template, or possibly an image.!
Any ideas how this can be achieved?
