Bug – payment instructions are sent when a customer note is added to the order

First of all, I want to thank you for the great plugin!

I noticed a bug, when a note for the customer is added to the order, all the instructions entered in the “Instruction” field in the Wooplatnica settings are sent via email again. So if you could correct this, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I’m using the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce.

I have added delivery date to the order meta field but want to add delivery time field as well to the invoice. Can you help me with the process? Is it possible to delete the default fields and add one more?

Shortcode for Order / Purchase Notes

I’d like to add the order note (or purchase note, the text customers can write into a textfield when checking out) to the invoice.
Is there a shortcode for that?
Or a html to insert?

Customize the title of the Customer Notes

Hello!

I am currently customizing the Woocommerce Emails for my German Shop. Unfortunately I am unable to change the title of the order notes in the customer emails.

In woocommerce Checkout Field I defined the additional field “order_comments” where the customer can add notes to his order.
The notes should also show up in the “customer order completed” and “New Order” Emails.

Is there a way to change or translate the “Customer Note” (order-comments)
– via woocommerce functions hook?
– via custom css?

Or am I overlooking a setting here?

This is something that’s been haunting me for quite some time, and I just haven’t been able to solve it yet!

All of the emails and email addresses are properly set up under Woocommerce > Emails. Customer Notes fall under this setup, where the email comes from [email protected]. However, when the customer replies to that Notes email, the “reply-to” going to the WordPress Administration Email Address and not the email set up under Woocommerce.

Any help would be super appreciated!

Remove Automated Customer Note in Admin Order

Hello,

We love the functionality of when you add a “customer note” to an order via admin, it is automatically emailed to them.

However, when a customer completes an order on the front-end, some sort of script automatically adds a “customer note” that says “Hey your order has been paid.” Then the customer is emailed. Again, we like the email setup but don’t want the automated first one.

Where can I turn this off or change it to a private note?

Hi, I’d like to know how to know when a customer has added a message in their order. For instance, when a customer makes a note on their order or invoice, how will we be notified? Is there a way to set up an automatic email alert? This issue came up when we came across an order that was marked as “pending” instead of “complete” that had been paid for via PayPal. It turns out the customer had added a note to their order, and we suspect that’s why it was marked as pending, we can’t figure out another reason why. We would like to set up automatic email notifications in order to be alerted to this type of customer communication.

Custom checkout field export

Hi,

I am using Checkout Field Editor (Checkout Manager) for WooCommerce and I had set up an export for different fields, including �C order_notes. Which worked fine until a week ago and now the order_notes field is blank in the export. Is this something you heard about before or something you know how I can fix?

Payment status in Customer Notes

I want ��customer notes�� to be enabled in my woocommerce email settings. However, when ��customer notes�� is enabled, every successful order sends an unwanted automatic note to the customer with payment status gibberish. This means the customer receives two very similar emails, one with the order confirmation info (good!), and the other with the successful payment status that was generated by the Stripe plugin. See below example of added note.

��The following note has been added to your order:
Payment Status : Succeeded [ 2020-04-24 13:08:09 ] . Source : visa( credit ). Charge Status :Captured. Transaction ID : txn_1GbXoiE4Omv4m��..�� etc

I only want the customer to receive the order confirmation. Is there no way to prevent the payment status note while keeping customer notes on? Or make payment status a private note instead of a public note?
