After I updated various WP sites that I administer, the cutomise sidebar on my own site at vishymoghan.com is broken. Instead of showing the usual list of customisable functions in the theme, it has changed the height of the lists to 100% so you can only see one listing at a time and need to scroll to see the next. I use the same theme on at least two of my sites and this has only happened on my own site (the above link). I have tried deactivating all my plugins, tried changing the theme, taking out all my custom CSS, flushing server and site caches, and not one of those things has helped with the issue.

What I need is if I enter the author name, it should show all the books by that author as well. I am unable to do the same. Can someone please help me with it?

I have shared the link to the page I need help with. On the header, you will find the search icon. Click on it and search for the term “Flamingo” and you will see the search results. However, when you search for an author for example “Shamim Padamsee” you won’t get any results.

Please let me know if I need to explain this further as well?

I am building a website using the Kadence theme.

in the header, I am wanting to color one column dark brown, like in the following website:https://gracethemesdemo.com/psyclone/ So the text box has a background color.

I am using the following code:

.site-header-top-section-right.site-header-section.site-header-section-right {    background-color: green;}

Unfortunately this code colors the column, but there is padding to the right of it?

If I changes the top row width to full width, Is there a way of controlling the width of each of the 2 columns so that it matches the website in the link?

Would be most greatful for some help with this tricky header!

Our website has what appears as a header across all pages that I can’t find anywhere in the editor. It is the red header that says “free delivery with any purchase”. We need to get rid of the header entirely but it’s like it doesn’t exist and we can’t find it to edit.

I can’t edit my homepage because customise doesn’t work. If I use Twenty Twenty One I can use the ‘edit page’ option, but that theme isn’t going to work for me.

I just get a blank screen that says ‘you are customising my blog’ in the top left corner.

I cannot for the life of me figure out what is giving me this option, I deactivated all the plugins and the option is still there. I like this option, but in my other WordPress site, I do not have this option. If I can find what (plugin?) is giving me this ability, then I can add it to my other site too.

Does anyone know what is giving me this option and how I can add it to all my WordPress sites?

I am testing out this plugin and I can see that we can add padding to the 4 sides around the log in fields. But what I would like to do is also change the size of the gaps between each field because I have a background image I intend on using for the form, and want the fields to match the background. I would also like to make it responsive – I noticed that when I view it as a desktop or mobile device, the relative positions of the fields to the picture changes, but I would like the fields to stay in the same relative position regardless of device.

I want to customise an email message that is sent by Wordfence for “Login Verification”.

The default message is:

I’ve tried to check where I could customise it, but no luck for now. I check on the documentation to create a function on functions.php file, but I’m also not sure if I won’t break anything on that configuration file and which function to use.

If there is anyone that could help me will appreciate it.

The captions appear in the same font as the body text, and on posts and pages with a lot of text, they can sometimes appear to be part of the body text. Is there a way to change captions on the templates?
