After installing Woopayments, I can no longer access my dashboard, even with the link I was sent for recovery mode. How can I access my dashboard?

Hello,
In order for users to view products created by others on the dashboard, Dokan requires that they have the “manage_woocommerce” permission. This permission allows the users to change all woocommerce settings, including the connected payment gateway or the ability to disable selling altogether.
If Dokan Pro had previously been installed and then uninstalled, users that do not have admin or shop manager permissions require “manage_woocommerce” in order to access items in the media library that were created by other users.
Other vendor plugins do not force these excessive permissions for users to access basic site functionality. WCFM and WC Vendors both allow this functionality with simple “edit others’ published products” permissions, which can be granted without risking the functionality of the entire store.

Occasionally, after logging into our website, users are redirected to the front page instead of the dashboard. This occurs even after multiple login attempts, whether using an authenticator or email 2FA. Users, that just filled out the 2FA, attempting to access the backend are prompted to log in again.

Temporary Solution: Switching to a different browser, such as Firefox, resolves the issue.

Issue Analysis: The problem seems sporadic, occurring randomly. It’s challenging to identify if a theme or plugin conflict is causing this redirection problem. Are there any known conflicts with your plugin, or could it be browser-related?

Admin Access add-on settings?

After activating the Admin Access add-on I can’t find where to set the capacity for the different roles.
I apologize but I can’t find anything in the documentation about this add-on… nor about the other add-ons… Am I missing something?

In migrating some sites I moved domain registration before migrating a site. The site had been accessed by a sub-domain name (news.ludwigkeck.com). I have access to the files at the old hosting provider but cannot log into dashboard. What is the procedure for getting in?

Hi there – I hired a freelancer to help me, set his role to Web Designer and now he cannot access the admin dashboard area

If I set his role back to Editor – it works fine but he can’t access CSS plugin. I want him to be able to use the plugin but not have admin access to full site. Your help is much appreciated.

Just a few hours ago I could not not access my website dashboard. When I log in, a click to dashboard is confronted with a message shown below:
‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
I have initially followed the email instruction to click, leading to ‘recovery mode’, but the problem is still not resolved.
Now when I click again another message appear as follows:
‘Recovery Mode not initialized’
Please help me urgently.

A few weeks ago, my host (media temple) informed me that:

The following files were found to be suspected of malware, which should be reviewed and removed:

Since then, I can’t access my site martimata.com nor my dashboard ([ redundant link removed ]) — It returns a 503 error.

I have removed all the files they warned me about.
I have backed up the site.
I am trying to update WordPress. Since I can’t access my dashboard, I can’t use the OneClick Update.

Is there a way I can recover access to my dashboard?

My website is operating, however, I am unable to access the dashboard of my web site on wordpress. As it appears my password I have on file does not allow me to sign-in.
