Hello MultiVendorX Team,

I am experiencing multiple issues with the MultiVendorX plugin and am in need of your assistance to resolve them. Below are the problems detailed:

Issue 1: Adding Products Through Dashboard

When trying to add a product via the Dashboard, the system does not seem to recognize or list existing products for vendors to choose from. This makes it impossible for vendors to indicate which product they are selling. Here’s the step-by-step:

Go to Dashboard -> Add Product.
At the stage where the system should list existing products, nothing appears.

Issue 2: Navigation Button Unresponsive After Category Selection

Furthermore, once a category is selected for a new product, the “Next” button becomes unresponsive, preventing the completion of the product addition process. Steps:

Go to Dashboard -> Add Product.
Select a category for the new product.
“Next” button becomes unresponsive.

Issue 3: Syntax Error on Dashboard Statistics Pages

On various statistics pages such as “Orders,” instead of displaying the statistics, the page shows the following error message:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'

The “Reload” button also appears, as seen in the attached screenshot.

Hi There!

I don’t even know where to start. After the last WP update things have not been going well. My site isn’t working. I can’t log into the dashboard and I can’t edit. I received a critical error email form WordPress earlier today.

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, WPBakery Page Builder.

Basically my site build plugin.

So I logged into WordPress using a recovery mode link sent in the email. I updated my plugins. After that the Dashboard could be accessed for a while. From the Dashboard if I click on any settings in the menu this white page with this message is all I see.

“Error thrown
Attempt to modify property “response” on bool”

Once I refreshed and attempted to log in again to check if the issue has been fixed the error message above is all I see now. I can not log in to the dashboard. My site is down.

What is a bool? LOL

I can access the site via FTP so it must be something I can fix hopefully. Is this a plugin issue or a WordPress issue? Can I downgrade to the last version of WordPress?

DASHBOARD ISSUES – None of menu options works to active menu pages.

I am having issues in my wordpress dashboard. None of the menu options I click take me to the pages to create wordpress pages, post, media and etc. All of these options take me to the same Nothing Here pages.

Dashboard issues when clicking any of the following menu options below. Takes me to nothing here page..
UPDATES,
POST
MEDIA
PAGES
COMMENTS
APPEARANCES
PLUGINS
USER
TOOLS
SETTING

Issues these pages only takes me Nothing Here pages. No matter what i click? This occurred after updating to 5.8.1 and i am not sure what the issues is.

Folder file permission are 755
Files in folder now are 664 — before they where 644

Nothing seems allow me to work any longer in my wordpress dashboard to create pages, deactivate plugin, and etc. I even removed all files, erased website, and started from beginning again and still the same issues.

Anyone know what is causing this?

Installed WPUF Pages and now I can’t access my WordPress Dashboard!!!

So, I am currently building a Dokan based Multi Vendor store and was looking for some login/popup solutions and saw the WPUF demos and thought I would give it a try. I installed the plugin and had a look at a few of the features, but immediately after I installed the WPUF pages (required to make the plugin work) when I clicked back to the plugin page in the wordpress admin backend I got a big fat 404 error and have since not been able to get back in to my wordpress dashboard!

I am still logged in and can see the wordpress top header, but can’t access any of the backend pages. This is the only plugin I have installed or changed any settings with today and I am at a loss, as this has completely halted my work.

Can someone please help?

.I have membership website and had a member contact me to say my latest blog post “page could not be found”…so installed WPv5.3 and nothing happened..same thing ALL POSTS AND ARCHIVED POST SIMPLY GONE.

Went in took a look and 3YRS WORTH OF WORK IS COMPLETELY MISSING.
Had them double check at Bluehost and they see nothing on the post side either.

Obviously this was a problem before I updated to V5.3, but then there’s something called “block editor” which was giving me fits to begin with, so installed “classic editor w/v5.3

Can anyone verify if they have pages/posts/media missing as well and does anyone have a clue as to what the huckleberry is happening?

What this means is that the BU I did today over on Bluehost gives me a crappy copy of my website content…last UPdate there was back in November 2019..gonna bite hard if I have to go back in and redo all the work I’ve done!

Hello, im having issues with my course.
When some one buys my course it redirect them to the members dashboard login page and that completely fine, but once they are one the dashboard and try to click on the course it wont let them begin the course, instead it takes them back to the sales page and automatically logs them out and tries to take them thru the check out process again. I dont get any error message or anything. Please help!

Pages Not Showing Up in Dashboard

This is a new one. For whatever reason, I have a few pages that aren’t showing up in my Pages list in the Dashboard. Even though there are 10 published pages, the main Pages list only is showing 7.

This is happening to me both on my local environment and on a server. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, no luck. I’m up to date with all my plugins (really just Yoast and Advanced Custom Fields) and WordPress itself.

Any ideas what the hell could be causing this extremely perplexing error?

4.7.4 Media Library Not Loading in Grid View

I recently upgraded to 4.7.4 and now my downloads plugin doesn’t work correctly on attaching files to a post, my media library wont work in grid view, and my visual composer plugin isn’t working either to edit my pages. Im not exactly sure what core functionality on the backend of wordpress that drives all of the above, but i feel its all related. Whatever the issue is causing the media library to fail, its causing the other plugins to not function correctly. Everything has been updated , i am stumped. Please help !!! Thank you in advance.

This site is also in a multisite environment and all users are having the same issue with media library.

What i have tried so far.
– Disabled all Plugins
– Changed theme to original
– Ran repair and optimize on database
– Refreshed all WordPress files through ftp
– Did a reinstall of WordPress through the dashboard
– Deleted all posts that had attachments to pictures, trying to eliminate any orphaned posts to pic attachments.

Dokan breaks permalink structure – continuous problem

There is a reoccurring issue with permalinks being broken, as well as functionality in the Seller Dashboard.
Working in staging for site improvements and live site accordingly, There are repeated times when I check the site by clicking on some of my top tier product categories and return a 404-page not found error. The way I remedy this is as follows: Deactivate Dokan plugin, reset my shop product permalink structure (which looks the same anyway …/shop/%product-cat%), Purge hosting cache, check the top tier category function, Activate Dokan.

this happens often while working on the site.

Another issue I have discovered is within the Seller dashboard. “Dashboard” “Orders” and “Edit Account” are the only sidebar tabs that function. all other tabs (Products, Coupons, Reports, Reviews, Withdraw, and Settings) return 404 error.
