This morning one of our clients contacted me about Jetpack safe mode being activated on their website. It looks like somehow the development site was in conflict with the production site. I migrated to the production domain but now there are no stats showing. Can you please help with restoring their data to their production site? THe domain has not changed. Thanks!
]]>The problem is the following: I deactivated and uninstalled the Mailchimp plugin for Woocommerce in a local test environment, on a copy of my website. The result is that the order information, the revenue history, in Mailchimp has been lost. I urgently need to understand what may have happened and if there is a chance to restore the lost data. I sync but nothing. Thank you.
]]>I have a following problem with the plugin: sometimes my client calls me and reports that he got no email after filling the reservation form.
In such case, in the WP admin I see that reservation is created but all fields are empty.
Such reservation has “reservation” status even though option “auto reservation” is turned off. From the documentation I know, that “auto reservation” is the only way to create “reservation” status so I’m confused how such appointments can be created. And, of course, why all the data is empty.
Thank you for any help with this.
]]>I’ve set up some checkboxes in a profile form.
When a user registers and enters data in the checkboxes, they work fine. And when they subsequently view their profile, the entered data is there.
But when they go to edit the profile (and for example add tick more items in the checkbox list), they checkbox data does not appear.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Glenn
]]>They looked like the one circled in red, as you can see on the image (link below/above).
I looked everywhere in Components, bootstrap, parallax and post sliders and my data is no where to be found. Has it been erased?
I have a backup of the site, but since the theme version is now updated, I don’t think restoring it will help.
Any suggestion where to find those data which are very important for our website? Thank you!!
Alexandra
I have made some changes in the settings (search appearance, content types etc) of the plugin and updated some page titles via Yoast snippet around a week ago. When I logged back in to the website today, saw that all the settings and updates are gone. I see a notification from Yoast telling that something may have gone wrong due to recent updates in the Search Appearance but it’s only referring to faq content type. What would be the reason of this? Or did someone else also experience the same issue recently? Thanks!

2) write your own text with the accordion description
And save changes or publish page/post.
You will lose your content whatever you created in past!!
Disappointment for me after whole homepage creation
]]>When upgrading from 8.0.7 to 9.0.2 all data and settings disappeared. This was a nightmare.
Luckily I had a backup of 8.0.7 and could reinstall this version.
We can’t even upgrade to 8.0.8 which contains (according to readme.txt) an “urgent security bug fix”…
