Hey,
I am using your plugin. It’s working fine when paying from paypal balance but when it comes to using cards it’s just charging money from people’s bank accounts and then they are being refunded after hour or so. There are no orders created, nothing that I could get any info from (maybe logs but idk how to check it). Please help or tell me what should I configure?!

Hi,
I have setup woocommerce payments but the issue is that credit card field is not showing up. if i check the test mode all the fields are showing perfectly but as soon as uncheck the test mode all the fields disapear :/
also Google Pay and Apple Pay fields are not showing up although i have enabled the option to show on the checkout page. please advise me what should i do?

Problem with paying with credit/debit card

Hi,

I have enabled today option to pay with credit/debit card.

Then I have created a discount code so I was able to pay small amount (0,1 EUR) for the order to test the whole process.

Unfortunately when I try to pay with my credit card (issued on Poland), I get the error block over card details without any text. Please see this attachment: https://postimg.cc/BLNhzRBw

I have also tried to use my Revolut debit card, but the issue appeared again.

What can be a reason of this issue?

All is going ok till 3DS security check – after it, I get the error. As I see endpoint https://www.paypal.com/webapps/helios/api/checkout/[REDACTED]/session/clear3DSContingency

Returns 429 status code for the POST request and the endpoint reply is empty.

I am not sure if it is related, but under “PayPal Card Processing” tab, the “Vaulting” option is disabled, and I also see “Card Processing not available” with error message “Unfortunately, the card processing option is not yet available in your country. Advanced credit and debit country and currency availability.” – it is related to this issue?

I’d like to disable de “Credit or Debit Card” button, but cannot find how.
I don’t want it to be displayed in my checkout, and also the settings says “Card Processing not available: Unfortunately, the card processing option is not yet available in your country.”

Stripe not generating field for debit card details

I’ve contacted stripe to resolve this issue but they said it’s a problem with wordpress. I’ve tried looking for a plugin conflict and clearing cache but I’m still having this issue.

card detail fields aren’t generated when the debit card option is selected.

Hi,
I’ve noticed an anomaly on our website that if a user does not have an account on our website, and they select a product to purchase … at checkout, if they select PayPal’s “Debit or Credit Card” option to make payment – the user can make a payment without creating a Paypal account. The payment window is also displayed on the checkout page.

But is a user is already logged into the website or logs into their account on the checkout page and then if they select PayPal’s “Debit or Credit Card” option to make payment – the payment is opened in a popup window and there is no option to make payment without creating a paypay account. It forces the user to create an account or to log into an existing account.

Has anyone seen this and is there a way to prevent this from happening?
I have checked my settings on our PayPal business account – the Optional Account setting is set to ON.

We have quite a few users on our website that do not have PayPal accounts and cant make payment to products.
