The PayPal payments (not account holders) are declining this morning. Nothing has changed since successful payments last night about 18 hours ago.
Here is the debug.log

I wanted to update the plugin with a monthly payment.
But my card got declined.
It’s a prepaid and I may have tried a few times to see if my funds were on the card.
Could it be it has been blocked from the site?
If not, is there another way to pay without PayPal? Maybe iDeal?
]]>I installed free version of this plugin and configured with live credentials today. When I place an order with test card number, its actually declined in live mode. But I see thank you page with message “Order received”. This is misleading as user thinks their order was successful. In fact order status is “On Hold”, but user does not know it. They come to know it only when they go to My Account > Orders.
Is there a way to inform user that their order was declined on thank you page itself?
Plugin Version: 1.1.11
WooCommerce version: 3.6.4
WordPress version: 5.2.2
Thanks you.
]]>is there a way to fix this ?
Thank you!
]]>I’m using the latest WP and WC. I also have some plugings installed that are certified by WC.
It seems that when more than one type of product is bought, that MP will decline the payment. I’ve contacted MP but they have no clue what the error might be. The payment is pending on clients Bank account but MP already has declined the payment.
I have no idea what to do, can you please help me.
Thank you,
-Ronald
]]>Since I’ve updated to the last version of this plugin, every time a customer orders a product using the PayPal Express checkout, their order is automatically refunded. The payment appears as completed in my PayPal account, and then it is automatically refunded.
I am also receiving an email on the contact address that I’ve setup in this plugin. The headline of the email is “PayPal Express Checkout payment declined due to our Seller Protection Settings” and it contains the order number that has been refunded.
The ‘Auto Cancel / Refund Orders’ option has been setup on ‘Do not cancel any order’ by default. I also tried to use ‘Do *not* have PayPal Seller Protection’ but the same thing happens: orders are automatically refunded.
These problems have started when I upgraded the plugin to the last version.
This is an extract from the plugin log on my server:

]]>In test mode, it worked great. But as customers have started purchasing, the cards have been declined. After contacting my new Stripe account, they said to contact WooCommerce instead, which I’m trying to do, but not sure if they’re able to fix it. Is this anything you can help me sort out?
Is there anything I can do to avoid the credit card payments being declined?
Can I give you any helpful info on this?
Many thanks!!!

]]>The issue is that “Your card was declined.” error occurs when I pay by Stripe with my valid MasterCard.
The same MasterCard works fine when paying by PayPal, so it is not the MasterCard’s issue.
Paying by Stripe with my VISA credit card works fine, so I assume that it is not some compatible issue between the theme and this plugin.
What could be the cause of this error?
The Order notes in the WooCommerce Order shows “Stripe Error.Your card was declined.”
The log in the stripe dashboard shows as below:
