Aggressive Competition using www.ads-software.com for defamation

An agressive Competitor has slandered me and my business using my own name with a .com at the end. For nearly a year as a www.ads-software.com blog and i’ve lost and lost and lost business & reputation. I am innocent of what have been said or things have been put in the wrong context to sound bad and to damage. They have found the only 2 places in the world where innocent people can get damaged for Life: Facebook and www.ads-software.com and used them to hurt, destroy someone with ultimate violence.
I managed to have posts deleted on Facebook and that took a few weeks but WordPress seem to prefer freedom of speech and cannot be contacted apparently. The blog is [ redacted ] and every month they tell the world how i change my business/ways to survive and fight them as competitor. This could go on for Life and some would have already ended theirs with such a situation where apparently nothing can be done. Even the Police is on my side but can’t do much. I could sue them but if www.ads-software.com won’t help, why would they do what they are asked, they could even remove it and put it back a month later, wasting lots of money everytime. I really need advice here as in the uk we only have one year to do something about online defamation. Things have to be done or every nasty agressive competitor in the world might soon find out and create chaos on www.ads-software.com. Hopefully things don’t get to that stage. Please help if a Life is more important to you than freedom of speech. If i get ignored i will find other ways that i tried to avoid until now such as Newspaper press as I really don’t have much left to loose…

Why Is This Allowed on WordPress?

Hi – I’m not a public figure but a small business owner in San Francisco and a woman. I won a default judgment for $25,136 in San Francisco back in 2010 for a complete stranger’s blog slandering ad libeling me. Shortly after he took down the blog on Blogger.com by court order, he put up another one I’ve been contacted about by a customer about. This blog is ridiculously slandering me that was transferred over to WordPress. I would like to ask if it’s possible to request it be removed and I will forward the judgment document respectfully showing I won a defamation suit against this man.

Please let me know if this is possible to remove an unlawful blog slandering me. Thank you.

I can’t get a hold of WordPress directly but I had taken notice of one of WordPresses users that is Defaming an individual and should be stopped.
This one in particular.

There are many people out there with the name Nathalie Erskine, I know someone of that particular name, and someone had come across this post in her workplace and now it is in jeopardy.
If this is not taken care of, she will have to sue the individual for defamation due to the slanderous behaviour of a sad individual.
Please do something about this, it is uncivil behaviour.

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place. The disabilities associated with my neurological illness makes it difficult to navigate many sites, and I’m only posting here because the abuse reporting feature seems to be broken or ignored by WordPress staff.

Myself and other colleagues are experiencing repeated abuse from a one Peter Reynolds, leader of CLEAR (Cannabis Law Reform). Without going into too much details, Mr Reynolds has a colourful reputation, and one which has been reported about in the media on more than one occasion.

Many activists, myself included, have been vocal critics of Mr Reynolds, and he has resorted to such actions as reporting us to the police (which the police deemed there was no action to take – you can check with Dorset Constabulary to confirm). He then tried to sue 4 activist for defamation, and lost miserably in the high court.

So Mr Reynolds has now resorted to using his wordpress blog to attack us. His latest blog post, sarahmcculloch.com/drug-policy-2/2013/peter-reynolds-court-libel-peter-reynolds-lost/ , has my photograph in the bottom right hand corner and the photos of 4 other activists mixed up with genuine people who have been prosecuted for trolling.

He also mentions me by name in this blog post – https://peterreynolds.wordpress.com/2013/04/16/the-first-victory-in-the-fight-back-against-hatred-and-abuse/ – , even tagging me, threatening to sue me in the high court. He didn’t, and he won’t considering his recent high court losses, yet the blog post is still up.

He has been far more vocal with other activists, especially with Chris Bovey (who has recently won his high court battle with Mr Reynolds).

Please could you advise me as to what the next step is. You ignore my abuse reports… Am I forced to waste time and health that I don’t have to find a legal route to persuade you to take action?

Defamation & slander..wordpress allows?

A fellow WordPress user is defaming me on his blog … and sending me harassing emails. I’ve not responded in any way hoping that the crazy will die down if left alone. But, I need to know if WordPress supports this kind of thing and if WordPress will do the right thing and shut this guy down if her persists. Bummer that for such an important issue there’s nobody I can call or contact about this sensitive matter.

I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced issues like blog defamation or impersonation or other fraudulent behavior. If so, how did you deal w. it? Has anyone out there employed an attorney to defend themselves in similar circumstances?

I write a political blog & someone has created a blog which in part pretends to be written by me & which also defames me using pornographic language & other techniques ranging fr. sophomoric to disturbing.
