The last error message was mentioning we had 200 emails per hour sent by Woocommerce…this is fake information. We don’t have that. We checked email deliverability from [email protected] and no issues.
The issues really are linked to WP Mail, I don’t know how we can improve the deliverability from WordPress.
We are using email logs to measure the deliverability and a lot of fails although we don’t have errors on the server.

I can choose the preparation time, (for example 20 min).
For pickup it is perfect but for delivery there is a lack of time between the store and the customer.
Example:
if a client create an order, he can pick it up after 20 min , but if he want the delivery I need to be able to add up the preparation time (20min) and the average delivery time (7min).
Is there any way to do this?

]]>j’ai fait un essaie de changement de “CDI” (1er gen) vers “CDI – Collect and Deliver Interface”. Je fais face à des problèmes qui m’empêchent donc de l’utiliser pour le moment :
1- la page panier me propose (bug) plusieurs fenêtres de point retrait (voir screenshot), j’en ai 2 par défaut puis si je rafraichi la page il se peut qu’il y en ai un 3eme qui apparaisse.

2- La carte se charge très mal voir pas du tout (je n’ai pas ce prob avec CDI 1er gen)
Sur le screenshot j’ai essayé avec openmap carte google se s’affiche tout simplement pas avec une erreur (“il y a un problème dans votre commande…). J’ai pourtant les mêmes paramètres avec la même API

Please, we have 6 branches withing a town In Nigeira, and we have some product that are sold only in the HQ (special product),
1. Can your plugins help charge extra fee depending on the distance of the customer from the HQ when the customer adds the special product to cart ?
2. There is possibility that the customer can have both special product (HQ product) and normal product available within the closet store to him/her in the same cart.
3. Delivery is free when customer order 3 miles away from the nearest store.
Please get treat as urgent. we want to buy and explore.

No newsletters to all receivers are sending. In the newsletter log I have many of this these notes:

Is it a problem on the server configuration or a code problem in plugin newsletter with PHP 7.1?

The plugin works fine, except the emails send to misaddresses similar to the domain aren’t being delivered?
1. contact form on domain.com send to [email protected] are delivered
2. contact form on domain.com send to [email protected] are NOT delivered
Any idea where to find a solution for this?

]]>The configuration of SMTP Mailer seem to work, since the test email is delivered successfully.
However, regular notifications from WordPress, such as those for new comments, are not delivered.
It seems that WP is not really using the external SMTP?

1. The link calls a js function which gets the pdf from the server via AJAX (but how to get the AJAX output to the user? I think this can’t work, but can’t find a spec for what happens with what say onclick() returns)
2. Call a page and get the plugin to intercept absolutely all WP’s output including HTTP headers – but what’s the correct hook/method to do this?
3. Generate the pdf file from a previous request, store it in a uniquely named folder and delete the folder after a period. This would work, but it’s slow, messy and a workaround, not a solution. And I’m not sure where these folders should be stored.
4. Other ideas?
There are various existing plugins that allow the user to click a button and get a pdf of the page/post; the only one of these that I’ve been able to decipher stores the generated pdf file on a remote server, which is not an option for me. But it is clearly possible to deliver a generated pdf – I must be misunderstanding something.

however, client orders 120.
Thus in sidebar shopping cart, cart table, and checkout table, it must appear like
product 1
In stock 100 x $ = $
Backorder 20 x $ = $
Currently, it shows the total for all quantity with backorder, which is undesirable 
It must clearly specify the In stock for delivery & the backorder.
Please help.
