Hi,
Is there any possibility to use multiple departments in the forminator contact form? When a user fills in the form, should he have the opportunity to choose the department to which he wants to send the message? Something like a radio button or dropdown menu.

Enabling Ticket Types or Departments Prevents New Ticket Submission

Hello. I have been successfully using the Awesome Support core functions without a problem for several months, however when I enable either the ticket types or department functions, users can no longer submit tickets. Any attempts to submit a new ticket bring the user back to the submit-ticket screen with their summary and description still populated, but no ticket is ever created. I have tested and recreated this with multiple users, browsers and workstations. Disabling these options restores normal functionality. Any thoughts or suggestions? I’d really like to use these functions.

Set manual leave days and separate departments

I have two questions about the HR Management plugin.

1. I am try to set up policies and, Is there a way to manually change available leave days / employee?
Due to legislation, each worker may have a different amount of days off.

2. So I made two departments and I try to separate them. Can I assign employees to managers if the “X” manager receives only the “X” employee’s leave requests and the “Y” manager receices only the “Y” emplyoee’s leave requests?
E.g. John’s manager is Chris, Robert’s manager is David, and Richard’s manager is William. If John request a leave not just Chris receive an email, but David and William too.

Finally, I have added french language and my question is: How is it possible the departments/provinces of france does not added in woocommerce? Is not there people french that they are using french provinces for shipping? Anyone have php file with all the provinces of france?

Because in France there are 22 metropolitan regions and 96 metropolitan departments and I don’t know how can I do php file with the two levels.
