We have had no email communication about this from either Woo Payments or Stripe. I have been contact with Stripe regarding this issue and have been told there are no issues on their end, therefor the issue is with Woo Payments.
I have submitted a support ticket on Woo Payments but have had no reply or support given there.
We need to understand why this issue is happening, and steps to rectify this issue.
Please advise ASAP.

We have not received an email so we have reached out to support however their happiness engineer responded with: “Deposit schedules may be set to a longer schedule (suspended) for various factors including managing any incoming disputes or refund requests.”
Even though there has not been any dispute or refund requests on our account.

]]>It seems that this could be due to the Tax Forms 1099 (which I have no idea what they are) not being filled in. The problem is that on the tax form page everything is grayed out so even if I knew what is required, there in no way of uploading them.

We are a non-profit and this is a charity event. It really stinks that they are doing this. Looking like we are going to lose money this year because we will have to hire a lawyer to settle this. Again, everything was fine last year, so why the issues now?

Total Transactions: I have a total of 356 transactions amounting to $31,322.00 USD.
Fees Deducted: A total of $1,116.55 USD has been deducted as fees.
Net Amount: After deducting the fees, the net amount should be $30,205.45 USD.
Total Deposits: The deposited amount, however, is comprised of 44 deposits totaling $27,785.77 USD.
Current Balance: The current balance shown in my account is $111.38 USD.
Upon doing the math:
$30,205.45 (Net) – $27,785.77 (Deposits) – $111.38 (Balance) = $2,308.30 USD
I am unable to locate where this missing amount of $2,308.30 USD has gone.
To illustrate further, let me provide a recent transaction example:
I received an order of $50.00, and the overview tab in the payments section showed a net amount of $48.42 available after fees.
Subsequently, I received another order of $130.00. After the fee deduction, I anticipated the balance to reflect an additional $125.93 (considering a fee of $4.07); thus, the total should be $125.93 + $48.42 = $174.35. However, the balance only updated to $111.38.
Could you please investigate this matter and provide a detailed explanation of the discrepancy? Understanding and rectifying this issue promptly is crucial for the accuracy of my financial records.

]]>I get a lot of payments with the same amount – but I can not find a way to link the daily payments I receive in my bank account to the deposits / transactions I can see in the WooPayments Backend. Please tell me where to find the reference from the bank statement on the deposits page. Otherwise there i no way to identify the payments by our accounting.
