Designated Funds not showing up

We are creating a donation form on our site and cannot see the designated funds section even though we have configured it to show. Here is the link https://www.novatoblueribbon.org/donation-page/

Email Notification of donation

When someone gives a donation, All I receive is a notification e-mail from PayPal with the amount and the donor’s name. I have “designated funds” activated and need to know if/what the donor selected for a designated fund. What do I need to do to know what the designated fund is that the donor selected?

Checkbox default "checked" shortcode?

Can you provide shortcode for the Designated Fund checkbox default to “checked”? Our funds are managed by a large organization and they need a way to know which funds are for us. I added our designated fund, but we don’t want to depend on the user to click the checkbox. We need the checkbox’s default to be checked. Thanks!

Making Desginated Funds Visible

Love the plugin but I need to make the Designated Funds visible immediately to a visitor. Can anyone give me advice on how to change the check box to display the Funds in the drop down menu and simply have the Designated Funds available immediately for selection either by check box or radio button? Also, are selected Designated Funds listed on the Donations Report and/or on PayPal Reports if PayPal Standard is selected as the payment gateway?

Designated Funds Question

Love the plugin! One question, we have 4 designated funds set up, is there a way to configure the plugin to either:

a.) Have a particular fund visible by default. I realize that the shortcode is general to all donations, but would like to have a way to create separate form pages that default to their specific designated fund. I think others may benefit from this feature as well.

b.)or, if that is not possible, at least have the fund designation drop down visible by default without having to check the “i would like to designate to a specific fund” box. I think donors may miss that check box, and never see the drop down.
