Surely someone knows what happened to my Wassup Stats?

I realise that there are thousands of queries on this forum for help as I promise, I did try to find an answer to my problem in another posting. However, in more than 2 months, I have had only one view and no replies to my posting at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/i-cannot-get-wassup-stats/ and I apologise for duplicating my query.

My site is largely dormant due to severe bad health on my part but I continue to pay and maintain my site because, judging by previous Wassup stats, the site was being used widely as a reference source.

I need to Wassup to indicate whether I should continue to keep the site up or not.

Please help.

wp site not customizing

So I was cleaning out my media library and not knowing what it was, I accidentally deleted my bg-image for good. Now, whenever I try to customize my site, there’s always an error 404 because my bg-image is missing and I don’t know how to replace it because it is still requesting that same one that I deleted from 2015. Now the site is a mess and I need help desperately because it is falling apart. Anything I can change in the javascript/css in the editor and if so where? Please help, I’m in desperate need.

Kale Theme Stylesheet (style.css)

Does anyone have the Kale theme’s Stylesheet (style.css)? My 3yr old “helped” me while I was changing some code. I’m not very good at CSS yet and I’ve screwed it all up trying to fix what was messed up by her little fingers. I tried deleting and reinstalling the theme and that did not reset the stylesheet. I went into the zip file, found the style sheet and copy/pasted that in and it didn’t change anything. My entire site that I had created is gone. My I even imported the XML file I had from last week, and nothing is there. I have to start completly over now, and the theme is still not the way I had it. Can someone help me please? I’ve been trying to fix this for hours now, and I’m already way behind due to a mistake the hosting company made last week.

Hi all

I took all of your advice a while back and hired a developer to allow us to use multiple attributes as a single dropdown. Anyway, it went horribly and we’ve only sort of got what we need (at great financial loss). But after a huge dispute with the developer have been left with an issue that you might be able to help with. If so we’d really appreciate you pointing us in the right direction as to what is wrong here, so we can explain to a freelancer and get the issue fixed. If you know how to fix it even better!

Our prices seem to get confused after repeatedly selecting different values (like a customer would that had changed their mind).

I’m trying to make it into an app and the arbitrary obstacles just keep coming.
If you’re on a phone and you click one of the youtube links (they’re the colored font) that popup can still be played from the lock screen. Apparently this is in violation of some ruling established by the Google tribunal.

Do any of you gurus know of a way to disable that functionality. I’m just a writer (the pen and paper kind) and I know nothing about coding, apps or any of this sorcery.
I’ve been staying up and researching for a way around this and got involved with APIs and a whole bunch of other stuff that wound up being meaningless torture work.

I’m humbly pleading for anyone’s assistance.
I just want this thing to be done.

Multilingual plugin not working.

After hours and hours of testing things out i am still stuck. I am tryin to add support for multiple languages in a plugin. I tried all the official documentation steps and more but i simply can’t get it to work. I am hoping someone got a quick fix to prevent me from wasting another day.

In the file below i used a plugin template and Locotranslate to quickly make a failing translation example. My WordPress is set to Dutch language and it’s a fresh installment (4.4.2) with just locotranslate and this plugin installed.
