How do I add my theme?

I deleted the other theme that I did not want and I attempted to upload the zip file of the one I wanted and I got this message:

Could not create directory. /home/content/77/12147177/html/wp-content/themes/Epione/

What do I do now?

I see following error:
“Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2013/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”
while trying to upload an image to change background of my newly installed theme.
I created the theme and was testing it on localhost. I put in my functions.php the following tags:

to enable customarization options. Everything else is working fine even the custom header and background colors.

I am using LAMPP (XAMPP 1.8.1) on 32bit ubuntu 12.10 LTS.
I will appriciate any clue or help.

bbpress shows in wordpress in the wrong directory not accessed by menu

In a nutshell I’m having problems with displaying bbpress forum topics in wordpress. It’s there but not easy to find.

For some reason the directory set up for the forum is;
https://what-do-christians-believe.co.uk/wp/forums/forum/finding-out-about-christianity/
But nothing is displayed.

If I go up in the directory to; /wp/forums/ the forum is displayed.

is there a way of using the directory editor to go that far back down the directory so that I can set it up correctly?

The other option is to set the menu option up as a url link. I’m worried that this is a tempory fix as the page that the forum shows on was trashed when I uninstalled bbpress from my host site. When I reinstalled all the old stuff was also reinstalled.

Installation Error: “No such file or directory”

I’m trying to install WordPress, but I keep getting this error when I try to install:

Warning: require_once(/home/shorter1/public_html//wp-includes/classes.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/shorter1/public_html/wp-load.php on line 46

I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Any ideas?

installing a blog on a blog

I am having to move my blog from its original domain do to the company we work with not wanting any of our domains to have their name in it.

I am trying to set up a new blog on a generic domain that I currently have a WP blog on as a directory.

The installation thru Fantastico was fine but the admin link will not let me into the dashboard of the new blog. It will only take me to a 404 page and log into the generic domains WP admin dashboard.

I know that it should be a simple export/import process but I am not able to get into the correct dashboard in order to import.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Trying to add more plug-ins and encountered an issue

Basically, I get this message everytime I try to log in to add a plug-in. I definitely have the username and password right, I think the problem might have to do with how i have my website registered (I originally had the blog on bisforbounce.com, and now i have it on bisforbounce.com/blog). I don’t even know what to do to troubleshoot it or where to start. Also, I can’t log in to my website using secureftp, it just says that the connection failed. I feel like those two are related somehow. I feel like it’s a directory issue, but, again, I don’t know how to go about checking.
