[Theme: Directory Press]

Hi,

A link has started to appear at the very top of my website (I think as part of the background), it doesn’t go anywhere except a 404 page. I don’t know where or how to get rid of it! I’ve used Google Chrome (Inspect Element) but to no avail. Be grateful for any help / advice on what to do to get rid of it.

Star Ratings appear top of post

Using this with Directory Press theme, and the star ratings will only appear at the top of the post. I suspect it’s a theme issue, but not sure what to do.

Hi,
I think I have made a mistake here. I tried all the members and directory plug-ins I could find in WordPress but none was quite what I needed. It was recommended that I try DirectoryPress which was supposed to be a plug-in for WP to develop a directory and membership on part of a site. Anyway after looking at it and humming and haring I bit the bullet and bought it albeit at a bit of a discount. As a zip file it was almost 8 megabytes and when I went to upload to the WP plug-ins it would not accept it because the file was too large. I contacted the seller(DP) by email, that is Avangate software,on several occasions. The only thing they could tell me was to upload it to the theme section of WP, which I tried and of course it was too large.
Has anyone had any experience with DP software ? Hopefully better experience and possibly can help me.

Premiumpress – automatic email to expired listers

Reaching out here…
I have installed PremiumPress’ DirectoryPress theme.
People can create a free account and list their services in a directory.
But, at the end of their specified term (28 days, 6 months, one year etc) no automatic warning/alert can be sent advising them it is time to renew their listing.
Long shot, I know, but is there per chance a plugin that could somehow integrate with directorypress so that a few days before any given listing expires an email is sent to the lister?
Any and all ideas/suggestions will be very welcome.
