after the restore, locally under Xampp, the pages have disappeared.
There is only the privacy page.
There were no error messages during the restore.
All pages are available in the “*_posts” database table.
I did the restore via PHP-Cli, the success is in the log file.
PHP: 7.4.x
WordPress: 6.1.1
Theme: PageLines Framework
Does anyone have an idea where the error could be?
]]>I have lost my footer.
Overview
It has three zones at the bottom of the page, stacked on top of one another.
I cannot edit two of the zones, the most important ones.
When I try to use Back Office
I try to add a widget. I drop it in the zone, it appears for a second or two and then collapses. It never shows on the front website.
When I try to use the ‘customize’ function to edit the widgets:
It says
“Your theme has 6 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.
You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”
In the template, they are selected.
Front end shows
The zones are ‘visible’ (ie you can see the colour of the two zones), but no content/ widgets, becuase I they won’t hold when I try to add them in.
What happened
I upgraded to 5.0 too soon, so had to do a restore. I restored both my database and files.
When I called my hosting for support
My predecessors built the site incorrectly, cut corners etc. When I called my Hosting service for help, they said it probably uncovered some previous issue.
I have
– disabled plugins
– removed all custom css
Please help!
Thank you for your time

]]>I’m using Sela theme on my wordpress and since i updated the theme my header image disapeared. I tried to put a new one but even with that i got still a blank instead. I already looked at the dimensions and it’s already 1180 px x 160 px. When i’m looking the code generated on the home page i can see a H1 (class site-title) and H2 (class site-description) instead of image.
