When I optimize my site, the contact form on my homepage, which is built using MetForm, disappears. When I used another plugin for this task, it happened because of the ‘Delay JavaScript Execution’ feature. Please turn off this feature to fix my site.

submenu not working on mobile

Hi all, I have build the site in the free version of WP Hello Elementor and build it with the free elementor site builder. The site works fine but the mobile menu doesn’t work: the submenu only opens with small lines and only for a second. When I tab the lines the submenu shows for one second. If I’m fast enough I can open pages, but it disappears after a second.
Also the width of the mobile version is not good, but that’s probably another issue. (I’m not a pro in building sites..)
I tried adding the code in custom JS to keep it opened all times, but this also doesn’t work. (I read the code somewhere, I’m not that smart)

Can anyone help me with this?

The calendar doesn’t update to show the current month. It defaults to showing January.

Header disappears

Hi, I keep losing my header every time I update anything on the site in the WordPress backend.
Anyone have an idea why? This had happened only recently. My WordPress theme is no longer supported so I cannot ask the developers.

Flexbox Container Content Disappears When Updating to Elementor 3.16.2

I used Layout: Container to create a couple elements on my landing page. When I updated to the newest Elementor release (3.16.2) the Flexbox Containers and content completely disappeared from the page. I figured out the updated Elementor defaults the Flexbox Container to Inactive, so I’m assuming that’s why. I actually had no idea I had the Flexbox Container option selected in Elementor. — it took me some serious investigating to figure out what happened. It wouldn’t be a huge deal if I could figure out how to add an link to a regular Section, but I don’t see that as an option like a Container, so I’m really hoping I can figure out a way to get them back without having to recreate everything. Not only that, but I’m afraid the next time I update Elementor they’ll disappear again and I’ll be back to square one. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

i have to clear my cache in order for my registration page to show back up. i just edit other pages as normal in the back end. and then i get all these emails my clients cant register. then i go in and clear the cache daily to make it show back up? this is not normal please help

Sticky Header randomly disappears on mobile/tablet

Hi there!

I have a problem with disappearing sticky header when refreshing the page or going by link/anchor. Sometimes it works correctly but mostly it disappears. The problem is only on mobile and tablet.
On the desktop it works perfectly. At the beginning sticky header had superimposed on the top text of the page. But I solved it with spacer and have no any problems with it.

Does anyone have any thoughts or solutions? Thank you!

I have a problem with the plugin.
When I put an image on the front page (via wordpress), the H1 title disappears from the page. So I have to add the h1 in the job description.
How to solve the problem?

The plugin is up to date (Version 2.10.5) and no problem in the console.

H3 heading disappears

Hi,

It’s a strange problem, but when I try inserting an H3 subheading in the backend editor it disappears. On the front end of the site the H3 does not show.

I have deactivated Stackable and the problem goes away so there must be some kind of conflict. I have left the plugin deactivated now.

All other subheadings work fine.

Note that I am not using the H3 subheading using Stackable, just the standard H3 using Gutenberg.

When this or any code is added to the basket page on my site it makes the basket portion of the page disappear. However, when the page is refreshed the basket reappears. It’s not an issue with any plugin as I have tried deactivating each of them one at a time. Please help!
