Discord role duplicating on display?

Hi all- I have a weird one. When logged in in admin and viewing my page as a “member” view, the Discord connect plugin and role we have assigned via our bot is showing without issue. However, when I actually sign in with my (external to WP admin) account that I have to keep an eye on things, the role, Subscriber in our case, shows twice. I’ve asked a few other members and they’ve also sent me screenshots showing the role appearing twice.

Have I set something up incorrectly, or is there anything I need to check with my mapping or bot setup? Thank you!

Several issues I’ve seen:
1. Users randomly lose their roles using the Discord API even though they are still subscribed
2. Users get kicked when their account is deleted even though the setting is off

Multiple Welcome Email to existing users

Dear support.
Everytime that a user logs in with discord a new message coming to him:
“Hi, Welcome, Your membership Core Team is starting from April 7th, 2024 at https://durmancapital.com/ the last date of your membership is Thanks, Kind Regards, Durman Capital”

That looks like the website/your plugin is loosing the connection with discord.
Maybe thats also the case why our users are loosing frequently their discord role and we have to manually give it back to them.

Is there any connection session or whatsoever

Please assist and dont leave me again without reply.

Hello, i set up the option for every review to be sent to a discord channel via the disc-hook url
– just wanna point out – THIS IS AMAZING feature!

But since this is an open community (our discord community) i would like to keep a bit of a privacy.
1. Is it possible to config the shown sections, such as Name/Email address/IP Address?
2. Seen from a member perspective they can see the approve/edit review buttons.

– does anyone know anything about modifying this feature?

Inconsistent Discord role behavior

I’m seeing some odd behavior with Discord roles where it isn’t consistently updating roles upon renewal. Sometimes when a member renews their membership after a period of cancellation, roles aren’t re-applied when they re-subscribe. Once they alert me via a support ticket and I click the “Run API” button in the member list it applies the roles, but this is causing a large load of support requests.

Just recently our users began experiencing an error when trying to log in with the Discord login.

ERROR WPSL08: Please Go back and Refresh the page and try again!
If you still face the same issue please contact your Administrator.

This occurs when the user uses the Discord login button, goes through authentication, and is returned to the website. At this time, the user is *not* logged in, and will typically click the button to log in a second time. Here is where the error is popping up. HOWEVER, if the user goes back in their browser or navigates back to the website, they ARE logged in.

Once again, here are the steps in the process:

Click the login button
Go through authentication successfully
User is returned to the website in a logged out state
Click login button again
Error occurs
User returns to website and is in a logged in state

Discord Members become Paid Memberships Pro members automatically?

Is this possible? Is there a way that when members join our Discord server to be automatically added to Paid Memberships Pro? I realize now that it’s normally the other way around: they become members of Paid Membership Pro and then are added to Discord.

We do not have a site yet, as we are currently in the planning stages. thank you.
