We are using YITH Frequently Bought Together premium plugin our website.

When a customer adds the bundle selling option with a discount (ex. liver + Cleanse + Release at a special discount rate), the website does not allow to use an additional discount code at the checkout.

Any increase in the basket quantity or any welcome discount code. YITH promo code seems have highest priority and does not allow our visitor to claim any discount.

Is it possible to allow the frequently buy together code to be used with additional offers/promo codes. I look forward to hearing from you

When using a discount code in Woocommerce the tracking fires twice.

Hi,

I’m having an issue with the GA4 tracking and using discount codes on a Woocommerce site.

Whenever the discount code is used for a purchase, GA4 is tracking it as 2 separate transactions, therefore it is skewing the data in the report.

Could you please advise on how to only show it as one transaction when a customer uses a discount code on the site?

Congratulations on your plugin!

I’m wondering if there is the possibility of creating a discount code that is valid for only an hour (or more) from the moment a new visitor accesses the website.
Currently, only start and expiration dates can be set, but it would be great if it’s possible to set an expiration time range in hours / minutes for each visitor.

I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this!

Is there a way to set up notifications for when a discount code is used on my site? I am using Marketing > Coupons and want full transparency with the influencer who is promoting our products. It would be good for them to receive an email when their specific code is used.

I was able to create one-time discount codes using Coupon X and display them on my store in a cool looking slide-in pop up
It integrates with WooCommerce out of the box. It took me a minute to set it up my pop up. Works great!

Discount for existing members?

I see that you can create discount codes that can be used when signing up. But is there a way to give existing users a discount?

Specifically – I’d like to offer $20 Credit for referrals, so when someone new signs up and says they were referred by John Doe, I would give John a discount code for $20 off his next month’s payment.

Or maybe…is there a way to edit the pricing for an individual member for just one payment?

Hi team,

We are having issues with the discount coupon, when we select a product with a price above 250 and add the discount code we need to add the shipping price when the product is discounted but the shipping price will be free if the user is not using the coupon also we want to limit the coupon for user one time based on their email address.

Coupon Feature Missing

A week or so ago, I noticed that coupons could be entered in the Payment settings and a discount code could be entered in the text box on the registration form. When I set up an example coupon to test this, the discount code box on the registration form was not showing. Since that time, 2 updates have come out and been applied to the plugin. Now I am seeing the discount code entry box on the registration form, but the coupon code creation link is no longer showing in the payment settings. Was this moved/removed? I have looked at all the setting pages and event creation pages and am not seeing it. Please advise where to add the coupon discount codes as I have some I would like to use sooner than later. Thanks!
