The count not syncing with the settings. It show 2 but the rigth should be 1. The result is right but the count is wrong. There is any clue to get it fixed?

Ps.: the counting is not considerating the filters of settings.

I’d like to make a list of all the locations used for my events sorted by location name and have a count of the number of events at each location show after the location name.

Location Name A (23)
Location Name B (17)
Location Name C (32)

I’d also like to create a list sorted on the top locations
Location Name C (32)
Location Name A (23)
Location Name B (17)

Clicking on the Location name would take you to the location page.

I’ve been looking here but it’s starting to get above my pay grade.

I am adding hundreds of press coverage items and wonder if there is a way to limit the number of listings per page — say 10 or 20 per page — so as not to overwhelm readers.

I was trying this code:

But it doesn’t give the number (it shows (1)) and
it also display’s the name (link) of the category.

Any suggestions ?
