Banner Issues

Hi there,

We’re testing your banner and really like it. However, on mobile it’s not displaying correctly. We have gone through all of the options and they either cover the hamburger menu or our preferred which is “Static” pushes our “Donate” and “Refer” buttons to a space that cannot be seen by the user (you can see the top of them under the Myton logo).

I read that you could upgrade to pro if there was issues and you would have access to support as there may be custom CSS required for your site. I’m struggling to find the support email though and was wondering if someone could help me?

A background on us, we’re a hospice in the UK and a registered non-profit. This year to provide our services free of charge to our patients and their families we need to raise ￡11 million and like all charities we are really struggling at the moment so if we could get this fixed via a plugin instead of using an agency to develop a banner for us that would be a huge help!

Images no longer displaying full width!

With the update to WP 6.7 we’ve noticed that none of the images that we’re previously set up to be full width are displaying as full width. They’re about 30-40% of the width of their parent container.

We’ve noticed that going through images and setting their alignment to “Wide width” resolves the issue, the problem is, that we’re looking at hundreds of pages and posts, many with 3-5 images on them. This would take hours and hours to manually resolve.

Any idea on why this issue has suddenly appeared within your Blocks and how we can rectify it?

Display past events only

I need to have an archive page of past events only. Is there a shortcode that limits the calendar view only to the Past events?

Also interested in a shortcode that limits only to future events, but this one is not that essential.

Different product displays

I have a problem with the product display. In subcategories they are displayed in different ways even if there is only one product in the category for example. I don’t know how to deal with it.

The Post View Count is working well except in Archives (categories, tags, etc.)

Hello Dev Team, I really like your plugin, it’s very very good.

My only issue is that , It’s not working in Archive (categories, tags, authors, dates, etc).

I tried the shortcode [post-views id=”{post_id}”] and [post-views], but it’s not showing at all, even 0 it’s not showing, it’s like on display none.

Please How Can I solve it?

Custom URL feature not working

Even though this gallery is displaying properly, something is wrong with the icons linking to an external link. I have the setting correct here as you can see, but when I click on one of the icons from the actual page (gobbleupnorthwest.com/portland), this is what happens instead of being taken to the custom URL.

Please help!

Firstly I have something that is preventing my calendar buttons from working properly. I am disabling other plugins to work out what it i.
Secondly is it possible to display this list

But say just the next 3 events. I see a short code that works, is it possible to format the output of the short code to look better?

As this i likely to be the main feature of my website and business I will likely get pro at some point, just trying to prove to myself it does what I need.

Distorted logo display on live site

Hi everyone,

I’ve run into an issue with the company logo on our website. On the live site, the logo in both the header and footer looks distorted, as if the background wasn’t removed properly (like it was edited with a low-quality tool). But the original image is good quality and properly sized. I’ve attached screenshots so you can see what I mean.

What’s confusing is that this issue doesn’t show up on the staging site. Both the live and staging sites use the same logo from the media library, so I’m not sure what’s causing the problem.

A bit of context: Our previous developer used Elementor Pro with an agency license, and since we’re no longer working with them, we can’t update the plugin (we don’t have a license). All other plugins and WordPress itself are up to date. I also found out the developer set up two different headers (one for desktop, one for mobile/tablet) using Elementor Header & Footer Builder and ElementsKits Lite, both pulling the same logo from the gallery.

The same weird distortion is also affecting the footer logo, but no other images on the site seem to have this issue. I’m not sure if it could be related to a plugin conflict with Elementor, but I’d appreciate any ideas or guidance.
