I’m looking to set the minimum fee per minute driven as less than €1, but when I input 0.50 it just changes to €50.
Is there a way to set it below €1?
Many thanks,
]]>I sent you a support note without response from you guys. I’m a paid customer (bought delivery plugin).
Issue: When we disable “shipping” from “Capacity” as store admin, vendor is still seeing “shipping” section in vendor’s dashboard/panel and also we are using “Distance Rate Shipping” and if vendor doesn’t click “Enable Shipping” (this section again should be disabled because what I said at first) there are no shipping method available..
Expected Behaviour: shipping (including shipping type/enabled) must be only seen and configured by Admin not by vendors if I disable that from “Capacity” and also “Distance Rate Shipping” should work after I activated it from WooCommerce Shipping config.
Please help with this.
Thanks.
Marcos,
I have a site where I have multiple products from multiple sellers. These sellers are all in a different location, and I am trying to determine the cost of shipping for an order with different products from different sellers.
Hoe can I use the Distance Rate Shipping plugin to calculate the shipping distance and cost if the shipment has to go from multiple sellers to one buyer.
I would appreciate any support.
Cheers
]]>up until recently I managed to calculate my distance rate shipping costs with the Woocommerce distance rate shipping plugin, but now it won’t even recognize the location anymore.
Why is that so? How can we fix that?
Cheers
]]>Both of these items have been packaged separately using the advanced packaging plugin so their shipping prices are itemized separately in the cart.

]]>Its for a flower delivery shop that processes orders evvery day but every once in a while we get an incorrect distance calulation on an order. Like where if I search in google it will show the distance as 1.4 miles but on the order it shows 5.8 miles.
What would cause that if the address was entered correctly on the order page? It does not happen often.
thanks!!!
