Hi there,

For some odd reason, the embedded video links on this page appear distorted on an iPhone. Look at these image links:

Distorted Image If we Use already optimized images in jpeg

I always optimize my images (Using online Services) before uploading, My featured images which are 840px wide and 450px high is no more than 40-48 Kb in most cases.

When I tried your plugin hoping that It will save few more bites and will server webp images, It displayed highly distorted images.

Do we need non optimized images when uploading to get best result?

Hello Adam,
I’ve been using your plugin for a while, and all was very good, until – after some update, I believe – something went wrong with the mobile visualization: instead of the resized parallax image, I got a distorted one, as you can see opening my website on a phone.
Could you please help me fix this issue? It is very important to me.

Stretch vs. Cropp preview image

I am creating a content-popup gallery with Huge-It (which I bought a few years ago).
However, I’ve looked for hours and still can’t find how to make the preview images look like their demo https://huge-it.com/wordpress-photo-gallery-demo-1-gallerycontent-popup/#close

Notice how the images are fitted into the box by either being cropped (if they are too wide, the sides are cropped, like in Impression of Sunrise, the first image), or displayed with spaces on the side from the edges of the block (Like the third image on the first row… Picasso’s).

I can’t find the option to create that kind of setup on my gallery. Instead, all the images are being stretched to fit a specific fixed size. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea if this has to do with the new version of the theme or if there is another reason, but some images on my site are distorted: I made a screenshot of the effect and of how it should be: https://www.dropbox.com/s/op14o3uojnz011y/distorted-images.pdf?dl=0

The promblem is solved when I refresh the front page, but not every visitor will do so. I would like to know how te prevent this. I alreadey tried regenerate thumbnails, and emptying cache on serverside, but this does not solve the problem.

Anyone any clue?

carousel ends with blank space

I am using the Site Origin Carousel plugin with Page Builder on Virtue (child)Theme. I have it displaying my “just in” products from woocommerce. When it reaches the end of the carousel it continues to shift the images to the left so that the last product is displayed far left and blank space equivalent to 2 image spaces remain centre and right.

Is this how it should be? Looks odd……

Hello all,

I am using The Morning After theme, by Woo Themes. I like the look a lot, but it has the annoying habit of scrunching the accompanying photo into a 470 x 210 pixel spot, whether the photo is that size or not. I know the column width has to remain at 470, but is there a way to change the height to be flexible to the correct proportion of the image?
