I′m developing windows DLLs to be used in my wordpress website, and my question is, if I can use my DLLs in my website, throw some plugin or by code.
The methods in DLLs, is to create software licenses to my clients, and in this way manage the licenses.

I tried rebooting with no success.

So I decided to remove the apache, php and wordpress but they don’t show in windows control panel / remove programs.

I did manage to uninstall the xampp but can’t find out how to remove the rest. I tried contacting apache but it’s pointless, they don’t want to help anyone. Ditto for php.

I still can’t use my windows mail or firefox.

I’m on vista home premium if that’s any use.

Any ideas?

I have some problems with a plugin in a server online (more details here) and I think it’s caused because online server uses an old version of cURL extension.

The problem is that, as online server is not under my control, I can’t make core changes like updating dlls on my own.

So, I would like to know if I could use a newer version of php_curl.dll, redefining its path in a php.ini local to my installation (or whatever else that allows me using my .dll instead of server’s).

I’m getting this error:
PHP Warning: Unknown(): Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\php\extensions\php_curl.dll' - Access is denied. in Unknown on line 0

… and I’ve no idea why.

It’s rendering the entire WP-admin unusable, as it seems to be affecting all stylesheets and JS includes.

The error also shows on the blog itself – right at the bottom.

Is this purely server side? Seemed to coincide with a failed update to WP-Cumulus – though I’ve removed all files, and this still exists.

Shedding any light on the situation gratefully received.

I’ve asked my host, but they’re pretty useless on the whole. Need to move out…

can someone tell me where the database information is held,
is it inside a specific type of file?

i am running on a windows server.
could the path be wrong?
do you need to have zendextensionmanager installed or can you delete any referances to using it?
