The flat fee is calculated correctly, but there is no way of knowing that it is added within the order. (It is optional). There used to be an extra row within the total calculation that showed the option as checked and the price added, but that is gone now, and the flat fee is added to the subtotal before tax.

I’d like the previous option back, or another indication that the optional fee was selected.

Hi,

(bottom of the form) checkboxes do not display. The resulting html shows an empty tag.
What do I need to do, in order to fix this?

UI does not show customers whether they have received a response

When viewing their tickets, customers do not get any indication as to whether a ticket has been replied to, they have to delve actually into the ticket and click on it to see the reply

Is there some setting I am missing to make it so that the UI indicates that a reply has been made on a ticket?

The same goes for the Support dashboard – when looking at tickets it does not show that a customer has made another reply, can it be made to change colour or something just to indicate that the customer has replied and the agent needs to respond?

I thought this plugin would be the perfect answer…. until I saw the form shortcode didn’t work.

What can we do to make it recognize a gravity form? It’s just a quick name and email address (2 fields) – a very simple form.

Sidebar ad wanted: Does not show without shortcode or function

Hi,
thanks for this very intuitive plugin.

Ads are not showing unless pasting the specific shortcode to posts or the function to a template file, unfortunately. Is this wanted by default? Checked all settings to show it on all pages and tried several pages.

Mainly I’d like to show ads in different sidebars. Added the widget to any of these. Purged the cache (w3total cache in use). Don’t get the ad to show there. So I guess I need a function to add the widget to one of those sidebars?! I’m using the plugin Custom sidebars.

Really appreciate any help with this!

WordPress SEO version: 2.2.1

ISSUE: OG:IMAGE DOES NOT DISPLAY WHEN SHARING/POSTING LINK ON FACEBOOK

I did this:
– SEO > Social > Facebook > Checked “Add Open Graph meta data”
– SEO > Social > Facebook > Default Settings > Upload Image in Image URL

– Open Graph Object Debugger > Fetch new scrape information for https://www.dancepinas.com

I expected the plugin to do this:
– Show all meta data and og tags correctly

Instead it did this:
– all data show correctly EXCEPT FOR OG:IMAGE
– seems correct HOWEVER…
– og:image does not display an image but it seems it has a link in the blank space. when clicked, it opens the correct image.
– The result of the scraping clearly shows that the image does not display.

My homepage will not load completely (and blogs are not showing) after I activate the qTranslate plugin.

It happenend after I updated my WordPress to the newest version.. last week.

Is there a fix for this issue?

Somehow after updating to the new version of Coller Theme, the Header and Footer does not show on the website.

I am still able to go and change the text and everything in the setting…but it does not show on the website.

My Links area has disappeared.

My webpage used to have a nice links column to the right of my blog. but it has inexplicably disappeared. I even tried to remove wordpress, and then perform a fresh re-install. but, surprisingly, the problem still remains. How can I bring my Links column to my page again? and, why did it disappear in the first place ?
