]]>But beyond that… I had a minor issue with the upgrade that was entirely & completely my fault — I just missed something… I contacted tech support & Arnan got back to me within hours with exactly the answer I needed clearly & very politely (not saying I was an idiot for not seeing it myself, although I was). This is the kind of tech support we mostly can only dream of — thank you Arman for the great produce & great service.
