Hello, im using dokan pro for multivendor. I really need custom reciepts for each vendor store with the vendors name, policy text and a custom reciept number which should be seachable for the vendor in a easy manner. Isnt this a feature or am i missing something?

I have the Dokan Pro plugin installed on the website and when I try to enter the Subsriptions area in the backend, it freezes and doesn’t load. I speak with my hosting to validate that we do not have blocks at the server level but there are none. They report to me that this error is being seen

Error YITH WooCommerce Brands and DOKAN

Hello, I have a WordPress website with the YITH WooCommerce Brands Add-On plugin and the DOKAN PRO plugin and after updating the plugins an error appeared on the page to publish new products. The page is deformed. When I deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Brands Add-On plugin, the page is displayed correctly. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Dokan Pro – Stripe connect issue

Hi, I am using Dokan Pro, the Minimog theme, WooCommerce, and Stripe Connect, and I’m experiencing issues with payments. What I want is for all the money from customer payments for vendor products to go directly to my main Stripe account after purchase, not to the vendors. Additionally, the shipping costs should also go to me and not appear in the vendors’ dashboards. The primary goal is for vendors to register on our platform, upload their products, and connect their Stripe accounts, but for all payments (including shipping fees) to be received by us. At the end of the month, we will distribute the earnings to the vendors accordingly. We also have our own warehouse. When an order is placed, the vendors should receive an email notification about the order and then ship the product to our warehouse at their own expense (this is working with email template). Once we receive the product, we will handle the shipping to the customer using the shipping fees paid by the client. However, despite configuring everything in Dokan settings , I’m still facing an issue: when a customer pays, the vendors receive the money instantly in their Stripe accounts, including the shipping fees. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

Also I pressed on Manual Withdraw. And in

Withdraw Charges

Select suitable withdraw charges for vendors is still showing automated and cant do anything.

Avoid Sellers to full change Lultivendor products

I just started to create single multivendor products with Dokan, but the thing that I’ve noticed is when one seller click on the “Sell this item” it adds directly the product to his shop, but he can, fully change the product. Absolutely all the informations, the name, description etc.
So the completely different product that he changed because he’s a funny guy, can appear under a product as if it was related. Completely a mess and a problem for the customer that will go on the original product page.
I don’t understand the purpose of the feature of Single Products Multivendor if the seler can change all the informations of the cloned product.
Is there any plugins that enhance the feature to make it viable ?

hello, i am working with dokan to create like etsy multi-vendor store.

i need a work around to do one of two things:

1- when a customer visits the homepage i need a list of followed stores to be displayed only.(i hve inspected the vendor page when is followed a css added data-status=”following” so the data is there but i am not sure how to display it.

2. when a customer visits the homepage a list of products are listed only from followed stores.

i was setting it up created a vendor and a customer account to test everything.

uploaded test products and when i try to order as a customer the orders only apear in woocommerce and not in vendor dashboard in dokan.
