Depuis que j’ai installé les serveurs Cloudflare, mes clients ne peuvent plus télécharger les fichiers qu’ils ont achetés depuis leur compte.

Ils rencontrent systématiquement une erreur de téléchargement.

L’expérience client est donc catastrophique.

Pourriez-vous m’aider à comprendre pourquoi les clients ne peuvent plus télécharger ? Tout se passe comme prévu, ils ont le bon lien de téléchargement dans leur compte et au moment de cliquer sur le bouton, cela affiche 0kb erreur.

Un ami développeur a essayé de contourner les règles de cache en paramétrant dans Cloudflare, mais le problème est toujours là.

I did roll back to the previous version which cured this problem, but it has since updated automatically and the problem has returned.

When I click on the Abstract Booklet download, it should take me to a new webpage with the document on it. I have clicked the Redirect to File option on the download, this has preciously worked, but for some reason now it just takes me to the Error 404 Page.

I am using the updated version of Download Monitor
