On the 28th of August you replied to my email and asked for admin credentials of my site to check the super slow download speed issue which our customers are experiencing since we started using WPDM.
On the 30th I have send you the access credentials but since then I have not received any reply nor a solution for the issue. I have send a follow up email on the 8th of September and the 17th of September but both are completely ignored and I suddenly don’t get any reply from your end anymore.
More and more of our customers complain about this! We don’t have this issue on our other site where we use the same plugins except WPDM we don’t use there. 19 days we are telling our customers we are looking into this but 19 days we are without any support to fix this from your side. This is unacceptable!!
We have paid for the plugin which includes support, please act accordingly!

]]>all downloads via the download manager are limited to 9mbit/s regardless of what I fill in in the download speed form. I have tested from 0 – 50000 and I’m using the latest free version.
Other direct downloads are much faster and not limited in speed.
Any way to fix this?
